It’s unfortunate to downrate the entire store because of just one workers at the drive-up window, but there were 4 things, then 1 or 2 things wrong with my order! It was Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 6:01 pm, Order #63.

>>> I ordered a large decaf with 12 cream and 12 sugar. When it arrived, after a fresh pot was made because they were out, it was black.
>>> I asked for a vanilla cone upside-down in a cup, with a spoon. It arrived with no spoon.
>>> There was no straw for my soda.
>>> When I went back through the line, the worker at the window was defensive and impatient. He asked abruptly what was wrong. (He’d been told I’d be at the drive-up window again, to straighten the order out.) There was no apology nor friendliness in his words.
>>> Both times, he was chatting with someone else through his mouthpiece. It seemed like it was someone else in the store, but it wasn’t business.

Also, initially, when I ordered a senior coffee, the response was that they didn’t have any. That has been true a time or two before, but it’s pretty rare.
It’s unusual to have a bad experience with a McDonald’s, but this was distinctly below standards; and it delayed me in my travels.
Then when I went back to get a warm coffee, I was told, “Please wait. We’re not taking orders, while we’re catching up on numerous orders.”
There was no one in line ahead of me, no one showed up behind me, and there were very few cars in the parking lot.

Just Happened To Notice
This is a $5.49 regular hamburger! For 2 regular hamburgers and a large ice team it was $18.69!!!
Now wait there’s MORE. They were flat as a pancake and way over cooked.
Sorry – nice new style McDonalds but this was ridiculous. Oh and we put the order in on the inside menu order service!

I tried to go to Carls Jr. When I walked in people looked upset and I asked if they had been waiting long. The guy holding his dog in arms said “an hour”. I booked it over to the McDonald’s and did the fancy order on a TV screen thing. The food came out quickly after, possibly less than 5 minutes. The food was hot. The soda tasted right. The bathroom was clean. It was nice stop after driving about 2 hours.

The management did nothing!
A lady was screaming to one of the cooks, she was disturbing to the rest of the customers and all the workers.
Management quietly stood there and had a conversation between themselves and did nothing.
My order was not correct
All it was was two hot Fudge Sundays and an ice cream pup cup. The pup cup was filled with wiped cream. Not Ice-cream!
12 dollars for a half filled Sunday.
Never again will I go to this McDonald’s.
What I hear is that this so called McDonald’s is privately-owned, everyone acted inappropriately.
There was no professional responsible people working there what so ever.
Hopefully the council in Courtsite closes this place down.

Not sure of it is just the time that i arrived. But it was a bit chaotic.
My number suddenly got removed from in progress, so i thought it was ready but they said not yet.
When they called my number they said no ice coffee and ask if i have a preference of soda. And then just as i was about to go away, the ice coffee came. For the kids meal, i said hi-c orange and they gave Fanta Orange. Good thing i tasted first before i gave to the kids. All fries doesnt have salt. And no ketchup or sauce of any kind was given to us.
People were already crowding up the counter so decided to just walk away. Hopefully they improve on our visit after a year.

The lady cleaning tables this morning today 11/28/25 does an exceptional job and is very helpful and friendly.. She has earned a promotion or at least a raise or bonus or all three! Others here try also bit she is the best.

This location is surprisingly overpriced as hell. Say anything about it and the workers will not even agree with you but sort of… defend it with statements of “this is a franchise sir they can charge what they want”. Like why if this is a small town in the rural? I dont even think the McDs in downtown Phoenix or LA are charging this much yet. Paying over 7$ for just a double cheeseburger in 2025 is crazy. Just get the 5 dollar meal deal and move on lol

Im passing through and its 5:18 am. Their dinning room says they open at 5 am. I try one door and its locked. I go to the next door and its locked as well. I see multiple customers inside eating and ordering. I even saw an employee that looked like she was coming to the door but no doesnt unlock it doesnt say or do anything. I couldn’t use their drive through window because im pulling a trailer and I dont want it getting stuck/ damage. Not helpful in the slightest

When I pulled up to the window apparently the so called person who asked if I was going to use my mobile app was a pre recorded message and when I gave my mobile app number after I heard the message the cashier was not there and didn’t get my mobile app number and didn’t ask for it so I paid $22 got no deal which I put a code in for and I got no rewards. Please get rid of your pre recorded messages and make the cashiers actually ask to make sure they get the codes we give.
