They always messing orders up and get mad when you address it. They make your food even worse when you complain. One time they even stomped on my sandwich before returning it to me. I haven’t been to this location without issues not once. Asked for extra Mac sauce but not drown the sandwich. Just an absolute waste of money!

Driving for Doordash. Lobby closed with NO SIGN… supposed to open at 6, (3 hours ago). Covid is no longer an excuse for this pathetic customer service behavior!!! Shame on you McDonalds! The drive through line wrapped around the store, many customers looking and leaving… 20 empty parking spaces, customers stopping, checking the door, shaking their heads… sad

I ordered the number three combo. Double quarter pounder with cheese, medium fries, and a small drink. Fries were lukewarm and I could tell it’s been sitting for a while. Not fresh at all. Overall establishments very clean friendly and about 80% full of people. I guess people hang out at McDonald’s nowadays.

I’m so tired of ordering from this Mc Donalds and I’m not coming back!! You can even make a big Mac let alone a shake!! I ordered food for me and my family and the drive thru was ridiculous to say the least. And well guess it takes you 10 min just to take my order and then I get to wait another 20 min to get my food. No drinks that I ordered were available and after I changed them I got some watered down drinks and when I asked them to fix it I was told to go or they’d call the police. Who do u think you people are I will be in contact with the corporate! And maybe y’all quit playing hookie in the back! What is your problem Mc Donalds tix your stuff.

The drive through the drive-through the drive-through doesn’t matter if there’s 20 cars five cars 30 cars always have to wait for my food. It is the most horrible run McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to and this is the one by my house. Yay me.

The man taking order through drive through was let’s say not very good at his job. He didn’t know anything I asked him. He put 3 items on my order I didn’t ask for and then didn’t put the items I did ask for on the order. I got up to pay and he had to get Mgr because he couldn’t back out items and still couldn’t answer my questions. Then of course order came out wrong. So I had to sit there while they made the items that were wrong right!! I was under the assumption they were going to make the whole order again since I’d already been sitting there for 10 minutes and my order was cold. They did not.. the only person who I want to credit is Nick who had to keep coming out and bringing me item by item. Sauces, drink, burgers, etc. He was very kind and apologized every single time. Great service from him. Thank you to Nick. Everybody else including management dropped the flipping BALL!!

5 years ago I gave this five stars today I changed it to one star this place has been going downhill for years I thought it had to get better so I keep going back and hoping it will but again today they disappointed I guess I’ll drive the extra 2 miles to the next closest McDonald’s from now on 91st Avenue and Olive fantastic service quick and get your order right the first time

This location is such a mess! If their drive through isn’t down then their payment machines are. You have to pay cash then they can’t even give you a receipt so you have no proof of anything you’re ordered. Their kiosks never work and their staff is literally the most unhelpful staff I’ve ever encountered. I don’t know why I continue to give them the benefit of the doubt. I clearly haven’t learned my lesson on coming here. This place used to be so nice and staff was amazing. Not so much these days. They need to either restaff or just close this location. The entire time people were getting upset the general manager was sitting in the lobby, talking on his phone. A customer went to go talk to him and this kid(yes I said kid bc clearly an adult with any kind of managerial experience would have put his phone down to have a conversation with a customer) didn’t even bother putting his phone down or asking the customer to wait for a second while he finished his call. I don’t know what kind of training these “managers”go through but customer service is clearly not a priority. Do better McDonald’s. This is embarrassing!
