I haven’t been to McDonald’s in years and I won’t be back unless I’m dying… trash everywhere, dirty tables, not once in 2 hrs did I see anyone wipe a table down. Food took about 30 min to get to the table. The kiosk also double charged me… had to correct that. Ketchup is only in a package now. There was no ice at the fountain drink dispenser. And of course the inevitable NO ICE CREAM… just horrible and I won’t be back

The employee taking my order was EXTREMELY rude. I ordered on the kiosk and then went to the counter to pay. Once paid my frappe was not what I ordered so went back up to the counter and the employee that had helped me gave me eye contact so clearly she knew something was wrong with my order. She finished with the person in front of her and then walked away because that was the only person in line. She completely ignored me and kept on doing other tasks right in front of me as if I wasn’t standing right there. So finally she walks up to me and didn’t say a word just stood there in front of me. So I told her that my drink was not how I ordered it. Again she didn’t say anything just turned around and didn’t even start fixing my drink. I completely lost it and told her (very loudly) to forget it and that I guess my order was not important enough to fix and that I did not even want my drink fix just a refund. Then the manager turns around (which she was standing there gig m the whole time!!!) And gives me my refund and apologizes. I was being l beyond furious! And upset because I was trying out the new oreo frappe and was excited to try it. Haven’t went to a McDonald’s ever since!! Oh n the pic I posted was how it was from when I entered to the time I left. And when I left at least 2 different customers informed someone about it. N no one attended to it. SMH. Avoid this location!!!

Service very very slow. Ordered e cream codes before leaving. Employee took 4 cones out and put them back at least 4 times. Took forever to make. Don’t know why he wanted to touch e every cone in package. Not very sanitary

If they are not going to bring you your food, why have offer table service through the app. Twice now this has happened! Tried talking to the girl who was behind the counter as I had already waited over 20 minutes for my order and she blew me off trying to say she came looking for me when I was at my assigned table!!! DO BETTER!!!

We walked in and ordered on the kiosk. They gave us our cups and we sat down to wait for our food. We waited over half an hour for our food. They served more than 20 vehicles through the drive-thru while we waited. An off duty employee came in while we waited and asked for food. She joked around with the manager, received her food, and left. The manager never said one thing while we waited or apologize for the wait when we finally received our food.

waited for 30 min to receive my order even though it was just a plain hot n spicy and fries. the place was not busy at all. when my order finally came out, my spicys were missing. we told the employee that and all he said was Oo well. my husband had to go inside the store and asked for the missing food. the spicys he received were not even plain. and they refused to remake it. I do not like mayo at all. will never be going to this location.

The lady over the speaker was very rude. She didn’t read my order to me at the payment window and was even ruder in person. The gal on the second window was nice, they had to pull me around for my food, and I waited 10 minutes. I would not recommend coming to this restaurant ever. Every time I’ve come here, there’s always been rude customer service and they either make me wait a long time for my food, serve me cold food, or give me the wrong order entirely. Very disappointed.
