One of the rudest McDonald’s managers I’ve ever experienced in my life I ordered, but then realized I was being charged too much. I ordered a 2 McMuffin modified with bacon instead of sausage and 2 hash browns. And the order came to $22 person came in after me and ordered four McMuffins with sausage and was charged $12. I was upset and said why was my order so much and asked to speak to the manager. The manager came out and angrily canceled the order. And also rudely accuse me by saying you didn’t look at the register it shows you what it is and then took the sandwiches off and left the hashbrowns so I canceled the order all together. I asked if the order was canceled and she said yes, and then she said-angriy-I hope you enjoy the day that you deserve! Frankly, some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s and I’ve been around the world. This person should not be working at your store and should be fired. Maybe she should work at the Walmart across the street and not deal with customers but work as a stocker in the back warehouse! She has no concept of customer service and doesn’t realize that the number one rule applies treat your customers right so they return. She is just rude, rude, rude!!

They served me a moldy bun. Looks like white flecks in the photo, but they’re green. Never got the chance to give it back, had to grab the food and go. Really sucks when you’re heading back from AZ to CA, and the only food stops in a 60 mile radius get left behind before you get a chance to ask for a refund. I also asked for some sauces, and they skimped quite a bit. Drive through service was equally disappointing. Overall pretty bummed.

What can I add that hasn’t already been said? Well here goes…
The chicken was rubber, took one bite and it felt uncooked. Spit it out and threw it away. Wife’s hamburger had what can only be described as salsa, not ketchup. Maybe salsa mixed with ketchup? It was spicy, why is ketchup spicy?
And the “value” menu is $6 an item which is not a value.
Please stay away from this place. It’s garbage.

This is the one of the worst locations. Management should be replaced. Ihave been here a few times and I should know better. I was given a half cooked burger. This visit they didn’t get my order correct. Had to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot and still got cold bad food. The drive thru protocall makes me hesitant stop at any McDonald’s. Just drive by do not go jere.

This is the worst Mc Donald’s I have ever been too. I just left there about 10-15 mins ago. I order the 2cheeseburger and fries meal I asked them no cheese tho please. What I got was two burnt buns and what might be called a piece of hamburger in between the toasted burnt buns. There was no pickle ketchup or mustard on either burger. The burger is so over cooked. Aggghhhh. Here’s a pict of them I will never go back too this McDonalds. Also at the drive thru there was no other cars yet o had too yell hello hello. Hello. And finally someone said hi welcome to McDonalds. Don’t wasn’t as if they were busy at all. Wich they weren’t. I would recommend that you find another place too get your food.

They charged me for an extra sauce for my chicken nugget orders at the drive thru. Had me wait for my order in the parking lot. Then guess what… no sauce at all in my bag. This McDonald’s consistently gets any order I request wrong. Also their service people mumble on everything but the drive thru speaker.

01/10/26: Qick stop. Went inside to order to fo. Young woman at the counter offered to take our order instead of having to use the kiosk, THANK YOU! EXPLAINED SOME OPTIONS AND SPECIALS, ended up UP SELLING us. GOOD JOB! Fries were a special order and perfect, I wanted fries hot and extra crispy extra salty and they made them for me. Thank you! 11/11/25: WOW! Stopped this morning at 8:30am to grab an Egg McMuffin. I started my order at the kiosk. My sister was ordering at another kiosk. A young man offered to take our order instead. She opted for a human and I kept ordering on the kiosk as I was nearly finished. I went into the restroom t wash my hands, CLEAN. The interior of the restaurant was spotless. We picked up our orders and we were wished sterio, very friendly “Have a great day!” From two of the boys working. Very polite smiling nice kids, I know, WHAT?!
I had added bacon to my Egg McMuffin needing the extra protein. Never have I had a great breakfast or any other order from McDonalds. My experiences have always been that it was ok dependable food. Not so this time. yum,yum yum. What made it so yummy you ask? First, the English muffin was toasted enough that the edges had a bit of dark brown on them so little crisp edges! Next, the sandwich was really warm, yum. Lastly, the bacon was, wait for it… Crispy!! Again, WHAT?!!!! BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICH IVE EVER HAD from a McD, almost to rival a homemade one. Thank you for the great experience.

By far the worst I experienced!
The sandwich I ordered came with NOTHING on it but a dried piece of chicken. The fries was only half the amount. Went back to the counter and the manager said she will bring me a new one but NEVER did! I’m done with McDonald’s! Shame on you!
