Went by the McDonald’s on 91st and Olive Peoria Arizona. The wait was not to bad. At the window was The Grinch himself. Lol The cashier was nice and friendly. I was excited because of course its Grinch!!! I chose the 10 piece chicken nuggets,BQQ sauce . I really wanted to try the fries and the pickle seasoning. It was not bad. I loved it. So, if you like that tart pickle flavor. Then gi e it a whirl. It wasn’t that tart. The socks love the socks. If you have big feet might be a bit snug. The total was about $15.58.

The few times I go to Mcdonalds for anything but convenient for a quick breakfast before traveling in October 2025. All I order here is oatmeal. I understand removing the nuts due to allergies but not having milk in it or at least oats should be soaked & ready to eat. I had to buy the milk extra bcoz they will only add 2 creamers to make these dried out oats edible ♀️. These are choking hazards risk management!

Specifically ordered light salt on fries, the fries were old and overly salty. Ordered a cheese burger and got 10 piece nuggets. Horrible. It was a simple order! Food was not even hot. Who is the district manager. I will be contacting the DM.

We’ve gone to this McDonald’s many times and mostly it’s fine besides the slow drive through. But often they mess up our order.
Today I waited 20 minutes in the drive through lane. I ordered the McGriddle meal and the lady said I can’t order that because it’s not a meal. In fact she couldn’t make any of the Value Meals a “meal” because she didn’t know how. She didn’t offer any other help so I had to cancel my whole order.
Will not be going back to this location.

I will never go to this McDonald’s again. I’m not sure why they have Covid measures in place when it is filthy and the health service should be called. There is food and garbage all over the floor where they are cooking, prep stations are dirty. In the lobby all the tables have spilled drinks and food all over the floor. NOTHING IS CLEAN! There were so many flies that I was literally fighting off flies the 20 minutes I waited for my food. Yes 20 minutes for 3 cheese burgers.
My order was wrong to make matters even worse. I ordered a triple cheese burger and a 2 cheese burger combo with no mustard well it had no ketchup and extra mustard. The food looked so disgusting I threw it in the trash. This is a major reason I don’t eat at McDonald’s establishments but this one never ever again for sure.

Mc Donald’s has gone down in its reputation over the years. Also, prices have gone up, even with the app, your not saving a whole bunch of money.
Customer service has also decreased in valuing their customers with decent customer service.

I placed a mobile order and waited at the curbside spot for OVER 30 MINUTES, before I had to go inside and asked where my order was. They couldnt find my slip. Never coming back to this location.
