Ordered 1 McMuffins meal with a frappe and an extra McMuffin. Had to pull forward to wait for my order along with everyone else. They aren’t handing ANY orders out the window. I’m not sure why. Even if I wanted to leave, I can’t. I’m stuck here because they are have everyone pull forward to the left to wait for our food. What’s the point in that? What are they doing that they are so backed up that everyone needs to wait in that way? The drive thru wasn’t even long when I pulled in to order. It’s 10:30 on a Tuesday and there was only 3 people ahead of me. They send a man out with a cart with several orders and they didn’t even get my order correct. They tried to give me just two McMuffins. No hash brown or my frappe. I’ll be going to a different McDonald’s next time.

I came in today to buy and egg, cheese and sausage mcmuffin to take to my dad at his job, only for him to start eating his food and finding egg shells inside his sandwich. Now it was during his lunch and he still had to eat it because I had no time to go somewhere else. It’s sad and unfair for people like us that go during our breaks and we have to deal with stuff like this and your guy’s attitude because the lady that helped me was rude!

There seems to be a serious waiting time issue at this location. Past times I’ve came here I’ve waited at least 20 minutes. Today I was in the drive thru line for about 45 minutes! Other people are also complaining about the same issue & it should be addressed by the owner or by McDonald’s themselves.

This McDonald’s has the best customer service in the entire State of AZ. I was not expecting to have my Neal brought to my table and set up for me. It was as if I was at an Applebee’s or a Texas Road house. While there, I observed that they have a healthy amount of crew members and managers. The restaurant was busy, yet everybody was getting to notch service with a smile. I was blown away.

Firstly, no one was at the counter to take our order, so we HAD to use the digital menus on the other side to place one. When I paid for the order, the receipt came out completely blank. When we got our order, which was pretty quickly done, my daughter’s Chicken Nuggets were cold. My Big Mac had two middles and no bottom. It was also old (evidenced by the melted and dried out cheese) [see the pic]. Pickles were on the bottom middle. WTH?! Very underwhelming performance today.
