I just had some questions. What if I order my food one item at a time? Does my half hour start when I walk in or is food prep time on my time as well? It can take a while there. Also no one was there when I was there but even though I had planned on eating there every table was filthy. I mean nasty filthy. Every one. That’s a good way to stop a loitering problem right there. And you can rid yourselves of some of those pesky paying customers that were nowhere to be seen when I was there. You should understand a paying customer, by definition, can’t be loitering.

Me and my family has no choice but to drive cross country home today and as expected, many places to stop were closed because of the Thanksgiving holiday but we were happy to see this mcdonalds was still open! We did get food but we’re so dissapointed to see that ALL THE OUTLETS in the entire dining area had been locked! This was extremely sad as I’ve known mcdonalds as a 3rd place space that always had outlets available for charging so seeing this, especially at a location right off a interstate highway, was both a surprise and disappointment. Not sure who made this decision but it was a bad one to make that will only drive customers away from dining in and marking your location as a space people cannot gather in. The store does still offer free wifi but if you go there to work on any electronic device, you will be at the mercy of your devices battery life as you won’t be able to charge it at all, or in our case we wanted to charge our phones for a bit as 2e had been driving for 4 hours and still were embarking on a 6 hour car ride ahead of us.

There’s always something with this mcdonald’s.They either mess up your order and they dont make good. This time it was the fries super freaking salty, it’s to the extreme. Unbeatable. Whoever is working on the 3 AM shift, you’re just bad at your jobs.

Food’s always hot and fresh (for McDonald’s) but the staff is rushed and indifferent. Not rude per se, but like they couldn’t care less that I’m there. I mean, as long as my order is correct and the food tastes good, that’s fine. Just not the best experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s.

Only a 4 instead of a 5 because they got my order wrong. However they made it right. I asked for a Hot n spicy no lettuce and I got one with lettuce. I let them know what happened and they made 2 fresh ones and just gave me the second 1 free. Because they made it right ill still come back. I forgot the lady that helped me at the drive thru but it was 1125pm 12/2

In and Out can have 30 cars lined up on their drive thru and still get them out faster than it takes this McDonalds to get through 4 cars. Peak hrs and it took them 20 minutes to even take my order. There was only 2 cars on front of me. Do better McDonalds

Ordered on the app. I was trying to use one of the free items I had from the monopoly game. Nope, they canceled my order. Then couldn’t order again because you have to wait 15 minutes before you can use another reward. I have the app because occasionally my kids ask to eat there. As always McDonald’s is a disappointment.

I have tried to be understanding and patient but for the last 3 times I have ordered from this place my meals have been wrong or they forgot items. I understand accidents happen but it’s been repeatedly happening I am no longer ordering from this place again. Also not to mention every time I go in the bathrooms and the dining area are super disgusting and the staff is rude and seems pissed off when I tell them they forgot items in my order.

Today i ordered 2 $5 dollar meals, mind you they ask what sauce you want and i told them ranch for both meals.. I get to the window and ask for more ranch they tell me there’s “no more ranch” i look in my bag and they never added ranch in the first place, and i see the ranch buckets right there full, service trash and need to stop being stingy with the ranch.
