This is the first time that I visited the McDonald’s location. We brought our small grandchildren in for breakfast this morning on black friday. I was amazed at how nice is McDonald’s is. It looks like it’s fairly new to me. I don’t understand the low stars for this location. Everything was very clean and the restaurant and there was also hand sanitizer available. There was nice music playing which was made it a nice enjoyable place to eat. All the staff were so friendly which really made the biggest difference of all. The food was good, and we didn’t have a long wait . As far as McDonald’s go, I really like this location and I would definitely visit again. I would like to acknowledge Deanna, who we talked to when we were at the restaurant. She was cleaning tables and I apologized to her because our eight month old grandson was throwing food on the floor. He was so gracious and told us not to worry about it and that she had small ones at home too. She just really displayed great customer service as well as everyone else that we interacted with.

I ordered 2 of the quarter pounder w/cheese deluxe and there is no lettuce, 20 pc nuggets, 2 large fries and 1 medium fries and they were super cold when I got home. Mind you I live 2 minutes from this location. I feel like they gave me fries that were sitting out for a while. This location has been declining on their service. I don’t think I’ll be at this location anymore

I have given this McDonald’s two chances to atleast not be horrible. They have failed both times. Orders were incorrect both times. The fries were overdone, underseaoned, and cold. We tried the Arch burger and there was no sauce on it. I also asked if I could get some honey packets, I was told that McDonald’s doesn’t have honey. Apparently this is where the dropouts from other McDonald’s go. Please do yourself a favor and drive to any other McDonald’s in the area.

This location is an absolute joke. I asked for fresh fries, I was told to park. I’m parked for a bit over 20mins. I assume a fresh basket of fries runs 7-12mins. So, I’m like, ok, “the timing is off”. I go inside, my bag is sitting on the counter! No runner in sight! There was one staff eating lunch and one running the drive thru. Unreal. Another cold bag of fries. I only get fries and an occasional cheeseburger, the fries are only good hot! So I was extremely disappointed. I did not ask for them to be remade because obviously, they are understaffed or something!

Tried this location because it was new. You could hear the staff laughing playing around. Was told to go to a window nobody was at. Thankfully we checked our bag before we left as we were missing food and our sauces. Ordered a Fish sandwich for my mom with extra sauce and when we got home it was like they squirted the extra sauce all over instead of the sandwich.

This McDonald’s is the slowest and has the slowest thinking people working in it. Went to the drive through for fries.. waited a lil bit for them to take my order, paid at first window, drove to second window to pick up.. the girl walked right past me with my order to go to the third window.. I pull up to third window she goes back to the second window and asked me to reverse back to that window.. there are cars all behind me so it would have caused all us to back up. This slow girl is trying to direct us all to back up just so she can give me the order at the second window. Smh I got out and walked back to the second window and asked her why didnt you just walk it back up to the third window where im at instead of inconveniencing all the traffic in the drive thru.. duhhhhhhh

I’m a local, and this McDonald’s used to be my go-to years ago, but even back then, it was hit or miss. Now? It’s consistently frustrating. I don’t eat McDonald’s often, so when I do, I expect a simple, accurate order. That’s apparently too much to ask here. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve had to walk in because something was missing or flat-out wrong. The staff is mostly teenagers, and it shows. The service feels careless and rushed. If you’re looking for reliability, this location isn’t it.
Today’s experience was disappointing. I ordered a sausage McMuffin and got ham instead. I paid for two extra hashbrowns but only received one, and the orange juice that was supposed to come with my meal was missing entirely. Every part of the order was incorrect. It’s frustrating when something so simple gets messed up this badly. I really hope this location improves its attention to detail.
