It is McDonald’s and who reads a review for mcdonalds. Hopefully franchisee or corporate does. You should expect some base level of service. Once again order was wrong. Wrong food Not sure this location has gotten an order correct. and not like there was a crowd. They are building a new one in the neighborhood. Hopefully it will be better than this location. ;(

Good location, I love the set up of the dining area. And they still have one of the kids game computers. I love playing on those! I’ve always had such great service at this location! Their self check out is always working great and they are willing to fix anything that’s not available, and do it with a smile! Love this location

I order the same order every day through the mobile app and I even hit the I am here button before I leave to pick it up. I am asked to wait in the drive thru parking spot every time just because they never pre prepare the items and it’s a huge waste of my time I give ample opportunity to prepare before hand and everything and I still end up having my time wasted. I thought this was fast food I’ll just make my own breakfast if it’s going to take the same time anyway. If I could give this location 0 stars I would.

My dad says this is a one star restaurant because first of all they didn’t give me sauce when we said loud and clear that we needed some, so we ended up paying extra money. When my dad called to complain, they hung up on him. When he recalled, they just ignored the call because they knew they were going to hear a complaint.

Have lived nearby for 3 years, every single visit here the food is not fresh, soggy fries, dried out over cooked chicken nuggets. I have tried to give chances, maybe they are having a short handed day but I’m think it’s poor management. We don’t eat here often, it’s mostly after a game day the kids sometimes want a happy meal. Usually a good experience but.. I get the same thing every morning. 2 egg mcmuffin’s and a sugar free coffee. Some reason today 7/14 I eaten half an egg shell in the McMuffin and all they did was give me a replacement. Very disappointing. 8/10/22 expired milk in happy meal. 8/17/22 expired milk in happy meal again. 8/24/22 raw beef in burger and rotten milk in happy meal. Gave me regular coke even though I ordered diet and I’m type 1 dietetic, Would love to be called by corporate. Their trying to kill me lol.
