I went to this McDonald’s on Wednesday night, the service was fast, I confused my order but the manager in charge was so nice and he didn’t had a problem fixing MY mistake; he also help me with the mobile app and get rewards. Everything was delicious and hot. The lobby was clean btw

I hate this place..plain and simple. Three times in a row ice cold frys..ice cold burgers. Called Left multiple messages with the manager that never responded. I understand it’s a McDonald’s but have a little bit of pride in what you do. ..ridiculous.. do not come to this McDonald’s go to the one on Cave Creek and Tatum . You actually get hot food you don’t have to sit there for 20 minutes waiting for it

I quit spending my hard earned money here. They currently owe me 13 dollars for money charged to my account where in I received no food, no apologies for inconvenience and no friendly french fry. All I got was attitude and money stolen from my account.

The unimpressive quality of the food was really bad. It doesn’t even taste like real food anymore!
Orders are routinely slow walked here, apparently it’s a bizarre form of punishment routinely inflicted by the staff for mistakenly thinking you actually wanted to eat here.

Biscuits are not fully baked. Bacon isn’t crispy, more undercooked. Ordered on app and when at drive thru window the person confused and asking what drink I have when they have my mobile order code.

Its not hard to fill the drink up all the way that I PAID FOR. Crappy service every time. They don’t have a drink station to fill your own drinks then they get mad then I ask for it filled all the way.

After waiting in a parking spot for 15 minutes, we had to walk in to ask about out order. Two people had come to our window in that 15 minutes with completely wrong orders. You can’t get a raise if you aren’t efficient at your job. Remember that when asking for minimum wage to go up.

We visited this location and ordered two Happy Meals through the drive-thru. Despite only one car ahead of us the entire time, we waited nearly 20 minutes for our order. When we politely asked the employee at the window why there was such a delay, he responded with, “I didn’t make it, I don’t know,” and immediately shut the window without offering any explanation or apology.
This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. For a simple order with minimal traffic, this kind of delay and lack of courtesy is unacceptable. We hope management takes steps to improve staff responsiveness and customer service.
