Besides the addicts and homeless going in and out and sleeping outside, it’s a decent McDonald’s. But the area is the worst to make people even feel safe waiting for your order in the front parking spots. It’s small inside but fairly clean. Plus they got my order right.

If you have a drive thru, try having someone who can speak English. You may get orders correct. I work hard for my money, and I want to enjoy WHAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED.

This is the most dirty,unfriendly mcdonalds I have ever been to. The staff is rude and does not acknowledge you. The number of homeless ppl in and around begging for money is ridiculous. Food I can do for them but not about to hand out money to the 6 that approach you trying to walk into the door. Definitely use the drive thru if you come here.

I waited in a 10minute line around 10:40pm, Juan took my order I used my rewards, i came to the window and my rewards were not added so i had the cashier use the 20% off if you buy $5 or more. Manager Juan seemed really annoyed well helping out the cashier who was super nice, then I go to hand the cashier my card he Looks at the manager Juan and Juan says it’s cash only tell her. He told I asked to speak to Juan directly (since juan is who too my order) I informed him that my total is only $6.48 I only have $2 cash and he should have informed me it was CASH ONLY, when he took my order. I told him i just wasted my GAS and time, how are we going to resolve this issue. He stated sorry we’re only taking cash!

I’ve made an Online order and it took nearly 30mins for them to make. I recommend drive thru. Too many homeless inside and not the best of service.
