This store is unsanitary and the staff is dangerous. They have food set aside for people they dont like. I ordered my meal on the app. Im sitting waiting for them to call my number when they do they place it in the pick up section…once the this lady seen what I looked like she hurry and took my food from the pickup area to a undisclosed area which was strange. I get to my food and it didnt even look edible she switched my food out with some sabatoged food. Then when I came back and asked the manager for a refund she literally takes a dollar out the register and says you used a coupon. She wouldnt give me a proper refund with the appropriate documentation needed like a reciept. The lady in the purple is the manager who wouldnt give me a proper refund. The lady in the black is a dangerous lady whos essentially poisoning peoples food…Double check your food at this location they are Dangerous!

I put in a late mobile order with modifications and I was the only one in the drive thru but sometimes I don’t get my exact order still. However, this time in particular I’d like to point out that it couldn’t have been more accurate. My burger was made perfectly. I had napkins and condiments. Usually people make it seem so hard to read modifications even when it’s slow; nevertheless, I appreciate them taking time with my order. I’m obliged to say the young lady with long brown hair at the window during closing on 12/3/2025 was very hospitable and attentive. I came back around because I thought I was missing a cookie but I later found it in a separate bag. She didn’t argue or fuss. Thank you for being pleasant and accommodating.

Besides the addicts and homeless going in and out and sleeping outside, it’s a decent McDonald’s. But the area is the worst to make people even feel safe waiting for your order in the front parking spots. It’s small inside but fairly clean. Plus they got my order right.

The surrounding area is in noticable decline, at least l want panhandled this time.
The drive thru was severely backed up so I elected to enter the store. The facility appeared clean and functional, the staff appears frazzled which supports the time warp pace as everything here is in slow motion as nothing is accomplished with any sense of urgency. I felt as if my time wasn’t valued or respected.
I won’t eat the food here but to McDonald’s credit they do offer excellent iced tea, and to my knowledge it’s not laced with endless chemicals and additives like the food is.
Good tea but otherwise a thoroughly unimpressive visit.
It’s not fast food it’s just McDonald’s flavorless version of food like products.

You’d think that for as long as they take to get you your order, they’d be better at making sure that order is made correctly (or properly cooked at all). Just got a Sausage Egg McMuffin where the egg had shell bits and was clearly undercooked plus an incorrect drink. I guess no breakfast for me.

The best service and friendliest staff i’ve ever encountered! The food was great and tasted fresh plus the dining area was clean☺️ Adamaris was especially kind and provided excellent service! Will definitely be returning!

Busy McDonalds location. Drive thru is hard to get into especially at peak times. Staff is fast and friendly. Store is clean. Great pricing on the menu things like Roma tomatoes on your chicken sandwich come at no extra charge. Lots of vagrants outside this location and general vicinity .

We went thru the drive thru and they didn’t apply my discount and then they gave me cold French fries and a hard bun. I exchanged the French fries and they asked why I said they were cold and they felt them like I was lying. I mentioned the discount and they said the couldn’t do anything about it now. They don’t pay attention because they are too busy yapping amoungst each other and not paying attention to their job. I usually don’t do this but they have made it a habit.
