I would like to report an incident that occurred at your establishment today at 7:40 AM. I ordered a grande caramel macchiato coffee, and upon consuming it, I found foreign object/material in my drink.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take necessary actions to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future, as they can pose a health risk to customers.

The workers here do not seem to prioritize providing customers with fresh food. It takes a considerable amount of audacity to just continuously hand out cold fries, cold nuggets, and cold burgers to paying customers. I live in the neighborhood and visit the establishment quite often over the yrs definitely a below average experience.

Taylor was very rude, said she was a manager but with my experience in management she was absolutely wrong.. I use McDonalds app often (4222) to earn points for my daughter to get free treats.. Nothing you can do if your app is jacked up absolutely not my problem McDonald’s or TAYLOR..

Have placed a mobile order with this location multiple times as it’s the closest to me. The time they take to get the order ready is ridiculous. The point of ordering ahead is to skip the wait and be able to grab and go. Staff is unprofessional when it comes to answering customer questions. They rather ignore the lobby and act as if they don’t see anyone. Today specifically I have placed an order at 3:45pm for my children. I stood in the lobby until 4:40pm as my kids are asking what’s going on very disappointed…

There guys are pretty great fast service quick responses and we’ll prepared food. They’ve helped me with most of my issues too that I’ve had really easily. These guys must be on a military regiment or somthin they operate way better than other stores.

On Monday it took ten minutes to get my one simple drink after using the kiosk. (4:52pm on the receipt until 5:02pm) It wasn’t busy and the girl even handed it to the wrong guy at first.
Tonight I tried to go through the drive-thru. Dude on speaker seemed really impatient and it wouldn’t accept my app offer even though it clearly took the code. At this point I’m convinced it’s an issue far more likely here than at other McD. It’s usually convenient on my way home but my I think they’ve burned all their chances. I’m dropping from two stars.

After a recent experience getting the wrong item and now a ridiculous fiasco involving the app I don’t intend to go back. It was just an entirely awkward and puzzling exchange that leaves me with no desire to go back. (I should be left feeling stupid for trying to redeem a simple offer.) Really, I should just pull the plug on all McDonald’s but…

My first visit to this place was almost 20 years ago. Back then I discovered it as one of the remaining older style McD’s. Now it’s just another boring location and have no desire to continue to hand over any of my money to them.

I’ve had several issues with this location. Most recently, they didn’t even enter my order after paying for it on door dash. This caused a simple McDoubke with fries and a coffee to take newly an hour just to be picked up and even when I received it, it was still wrong, I requested no cheese but they still put cheese on it. I’ve had other issues with them getting my order wrong almost always putting cheese on my burger when I order without cheese. l’ve tried ordering hamburger and tried ordering McDouble with no cheese, they still get it wrong, 80% of the time… granted they’ve always been good to replace what ever item was incorrect however, I do not want to wait in line again while my spouses food is getting cold. Their food is good, minus the fries which I wish could consistently be fresh, my main issue with this location is their lack of competence and simply paying attention to the ticket stub. This last time is my final exception and I am willing to burn the extra gas to go to the next location down the street. And do not leave me any link to click and write another review so someone can send me a coupon for some free fries, just please pay attention to the grievances that multiple other people have and do better.

Just ordered one Burger through drive-thru. I was asked to pull around to drive through parking spot #1…
15 minutes later I decided to go inside and ask where my food was…
They literally had no idea! Manager lady decided to give me free fries for the wait….
The fries were unsalted in undercooked!
If this is what the managers providing then it’s probably time to re-staf this location

The mobile app already took my money but the order didn’t show up, so I went to ask for my order but the manager was rude and didn’t even bother to look my name up in their data, he then proceeded to give me old fries in a SMALL container when I asked for large fries. Terrible service and untrustworthy food
