This McDonalds was a disaster. Sat in the drive thru with only 1 other car for about 10minutes before someone took my order after asking if anyone was there and being told they would be right with me. The food took forever and nobody working inside seemed to have any idea what was happening. There was 1 other car in the srive through in front of me and they weren’t sure what Ieven ordered and waited at the window for another 10 minutes for my food.This location needs attention and help. I had to ask if I just needed to come inside before someone finally took my order. Ridiculous

Staying at the hotel across the street, relocating moving from home to home. Me thinking ooo I’ll get mc Donald’s so no one has to cook or clean. I ordered a double quarter pound with cheese and lettuce and tomato.
As I drive up I see the manager handling a dog in the lobby, with out missing a beat comes takes my order handles my order and gives it to me.
I receive a regular qp no lettuce or tomato’s onions all over the place burger was sloppy made and not correct. Then the handling of the animal let me just say we did not eat . I will never go back to this location and I pray and hope no one does either to handle and kiss an animal while handling food is disgusting

Came to bring my kid and his friend to the play place. The employees had moved a trashcan in front of the door to block patrons from entering the kids area. We were there at 5:30p definitely within the Open posted time period. We decided to just get the food to go so we could eat at a local park. The machine did not give me a receipt and the food took a really long time to receive while all of the employees were ignoring or rude to the patrons in the lobby. There were Minecraft promos/toys shown in the lobby, and I selected Minecraft toy at the kiosk but when we received our meals, they were Despicable Me. When asked the employee just said they were out with no apology. They should remove all the promo materials and remove that item from the kiosk so as not to mislead and disappoint the kids. Our food was messed up as well (no cheese on cheeseburger). This McDonalds felt extremely unwelcoming, and we were really disappointed with our experience. With a McDonalds on every other corner, skip this one!

It’s 12pm I went through drive thru. Asked for a two cheeseburger meal. The girl at the window was rude handed the drink with an attitude. Slammed the window. When she handed the food gave me attitude when I asked for ketchup. When I got home she didn’t care to give me a straw. I didn’t get two cheese burgers I got a cheeseburger and a sausage McMuffin. Called the store three times didn’t get and answer. It’s too hot to drive back.

I have gotten coffee here at this location and it’s been good but for the month of September & October. I have been getting lukewarm old coffee. When I ask for the sugar n cream there is hardly anything in it. Today was the 3rd try n NO GO again. Dont get coffee there and I hope the food n other drinks are what people expect frm this location.

This place is never clean. I only come in morning and that about 530am. The bathrooms always dirty and smells. The tables and sits are never clean. It’s too early in the morning to walk into a dirty establishment. Disappointing and unsafe conditions. I could imagine what it looks like at the kitchen looks like back there

Very dirty, do not take your kiddos here. Several instances of trash still on the tables, the bathrooms smelt and looked horrendous and nothing was clean. All of the workers looked like they didn’t want to be there and it showed.

I frequent the McDonalds at 1429 w baseline tempe az 85283 restaurant #24530. Recently this location staff has been rude and unhelpful. I will no longer be visiting this store multiple times. Now I order a large meal and am given a smaller size for one of my items. I order a large combo and receive a small fry or a large combo and a medium drink. I have had to go back to this location for every single order because of this. I am unsure if they are trying to cheat people to create more profit margin or steal the monopoly stickers off of the large menu items. I am beyond annoyed and upset and will not be visiting this mcdonalds ever again.

This is one of the absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. It took forever to get our food. They’re no free refills and their soda fountain is totally shut down. They barely even have any tables for folks to eat at. Do not recommend.
