Haven’t been to Micky D’s in over a year. Probably won’t come again for another year. But when I do, I’ll come to this location.

They tried to authorize a payment at 4:49 AM today while I’m sitting in bed with my physical card so obviously they’re storing your information or there’s an employee here that has taken a picture of my card. I don’t know what the deal is and why they tried to steal from me. However, I do need a manager to get back to me. I’ve tried several times the number for the store and it is not going through.

Gotta shout this on rooftops. I’ve worked quick serve ( never McDonald’s,yet) you Google jack in the box I left. I get five stars with my team…or did. Phenomenal job all around by the team here. Cordial at the counter , food timely. Most importantly….I stopped before finishing a simple BOGO spicy McChicken deal after a light rail ride and skateboard roll.
I bring this up. Because ….chicken that goes beyond time(critical) can not snap or be juicy, in a rush… Haphazardly placing on buns…poor presentation…yet messy.

The Hispanic manager, after we eat asked three Black people to leave the restaurant because we have been there for more than an hour and we paid for our food but we are waiting for Valerie a friend. Is coming to pick us up. I don’t know what it is about Hispanic and white people in Tempe and the atmosphere, with this color thing. WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND ALL THIS JUSDGMENT ABOUT VOLOR AND THE HISPANIC CULTURE TREATING BLACK PEOPLE RUDE BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF THERE SKIN IS RUDE AND IGNORANT. IT IS SO FUNNY OF WHAT HISPANIC PEOPLE LIKE OR WHAT ANYONE THINKS OF OUR COLOR OF SKIN. IT IS SAD AND UGLY ALWAYS REMEMBER GOD DONT LIKE UGLY.

This location needs new ownership or shut down. Typical ice cream never works. Gods always wrong, over cooked, or slapped together. Pick up takes forever and they never know what number spot despite choosing it on the app. Ive lived across the street for 4 years and I prefer to drive to the one on baseline and rural—way nicer, more organized, and food comes out fresh looking and tasting good. Not a snob, but when I’m overpaying already for cheap food, don’t make it a headache and a half.

Drove in for my usual iced coffee. Sadly they don’t offer their .99 discounted coffee on the app. Being I enjoy their coffee and it is more affordable than any other coffee stop, I bought mine.

They commonly ignore customization requests when you order in the app, even paid customizations, and its next to impossible to get any real resolution besides “we’ll remake it if you come back” like I came for a convenient lunch in my workday and I can’t trust you to provide that..

Ordered a steak bagel, looked forward to enjoying it as it had been a while having one. I got a Mcgridel instead couldn’t go back as I was 15 min from work. If you are out of an item, at least give an option not just what ever you think will cover it.

I waited a full 24 minutes for my food, the place was understaffed and had many homeless in the lobby legit bothering customers. While I felt sorry for both the employees and the homeless, I still would have like my food a bit faster as others who had come in later (not mobile orders either) were served ahead of me several times. It was sorta not the best experience.
