No soap in the building. No soap in the bathrooms. No hand sanitizer in the 3 stations in the dining room. Asked the lady at the counter and she said there’s no soap anywhere, sorry. So what do the workers do then? Wipe their butts and then make your food? This place should be shut down for health code violations.

I dont often go to McDonals, and the one time I choose to do so I get horrible customer service. The person attending the drive thru has such horrible attitude I ask if she could give me a large cold coffee with nonfat milk, she rudely said we dont sell that here, I then ask for two wraps instead of her saying would yould like the spicy or ranch wrap, she asked “which one” lady let me say this next time I will study the menu before stopping by the drive thru sorry you had such bad attitude and customer service if you dont like the job go find a different one dont make customers feel like crap and ruin their meals.

I responded to the owner and Corporate after they saw my initial review and asked me for more details stating they “take these matters very seriously” almost 3 weeks ago now and their response has been nothing, not even an acknowledgement or thank you for taking more of my time – nothing…so don’t believe they give a rip about any of this, you or me, their customers…McDisappointing Customer Service matches their product and service to you and me what a bunch of losers!

As a 23 year resident of Fountain Hills and a Local Guide for Google I had to comment on the crap service and the overall dismal experience for my recent visit to the local McDonald’s here on Shea Blvd.
I’ve not been there for some time and while this place used to be stellar, the owner has let it go to the total bottom of the scales!
The floors, tables and windows were dirty, the drink area was a total disheveled mess, kiosks were not working correctly, the order took well over 15 minutes to be partially delivered to the table, the order was incorrectly made (incomplete), the employee who delivered the food to the table was rude and argued when I told her the order was incomplete, the remainder of the order came about 5 minutes later, and the food tasted bad! On top of that the prices here well exceed most other McDonald’s franchises; even those in California!
No surprise that well over 20 other people were standing or waiting for orders to be fulfilled. The table sitting next to us had a similar dismal experience and couldn’t help but share the details with us as they too left disappointed.
I will never set foot in that establishment again. I urge you to eat before you come to Fountain Hills and try any number of other dining places instead of the local McDonald’s. They don’t deserve your business and you don’t deserve their frustration or disappointment!
Shame on the owner for letting this place go to crap!!!

Went through the drive thru.
Rude lady working the drive thru repeated order multiple times, still got it wrong. Was told to pickup order on the side. Dude who brought out food also rude.
Didn’t even eat it, threw it out. Don’t trust people with that kind of mentality.
Won’t be coming back.

Went to your drive thru today. Sat there no acknowledgment for 5 min. Customer comes to other line (I had been the only one there) and their order gets taken. Thinking there must be something wrong with the speaker I pulled up to let you know and order my food …however no one acknowledged me there either. So I left and went right back down the street to Wendy’s who had a bit of a rush too but handled with care and great customer service. Good customer service goes a long way just saying.

Wow this Mcy Ds was over the top clean and friendly, I rarely do fast food except in a pinch. But this place was really nice. I got a Americano coffee and , WHAT! This is actually good coffee! The staff were on point. Thank you for blowing away my expectations of your store!

Ordered food and I don’t think I’ve had a worse tasting more stale meal in the last 20 years. This is the worst tasting and tasting food.
Your cooks need more training and someone at corporate desperately needs to do some quality control here. I’d rather starve to death than ever eat here again – EVER!

I went to get grinch meals. The lady at the window was extremely rude and very unfriendly. They did not have the boxes for the Grinch meals, the french fries or ice cold and they forgot the dill pickle salt for the fries. Needless to say, I will never go back to the fountain Hills McDonald’s location
