I am going to start off by saying that I’m floored that the area I’m in has actually produced some of the most mediocre manners and bad service I have experienced in quite some time. I pre ordered and paid on their app didn’t receive my order for 40 min!! It was a mcgriddle and med iced coffee. Nobody acknowledged me or even apologized once i finally recieved just the cold.sandwhich!? I saw that other customers too had been skipped over. That is why I’m giving it 1 star. I looked on their progress screen my order number wasn’t even there. When I asked about it they asked to take my order again. So that means even though I used the app to order and pay ahead, I still had to wait 40 Mins and order twice and they did.it unapologetically too!! Smh. As much as I’m charged for this food and service in Scottsdale of all places, this wasn’t even the bare minimum .

Received both of my 10 pieces chicken nugget meals like this. The fries were also stale. The nuggets were blatantly disgusting, stale, and disappointing. Who even thought this was remotely acceptable to sell these???? I’ve never seen anything like it. Unfortunately, I did take a bite of one, and it tasted a million times worse than it looked.. Just apalling, and such a waste of money.

This McDonald’s is undergoing construction and it looks like the inside is closed but the drive-thru is opened.
When I pulled up there was a line of cars and some person was trying to use the app holding everybody up once they got through it was literally just a few minutes and these workers took care of a whole bunch of cars.
When I got up to the window I told the girl you guys rock for taking care of everybody so quick.
I got a nice iced mocha coffee and an egg cheese bacon biscuit. It hit the spot. Thank you guys.
Came through the drive-thru October 2nd ordered an egg McMuffin the guy at the window told me do you want an extra one for a penny more. That is awesome most places will not tell you that then you find out later and it pisses you off. Also I asked for the muffins to be extra toasted sometimes places say yes then they never do that. These guys took care of it awesome.

I came here for breakfast and ordered the Big Breakfast. They told me it didn’t come with a hash brown when there’s an obvious picture of the product with a hash brown.

Once it was a fight there, once I got chicken rolls that were undercooked but they sent me a coupon for a free meal. Yesterday the food was hot and fresh, I guess it all depends on whose shift is it. I mean… it’s American fast food, don’t expect much. European McDonalds feels like in n out but better so I am a little picky but really, out of all Scottsdale McDonalds this one is kinda the worst

This wonderful thing likes to make customers wait a very long time I went to pick up a delivery and I got nothing but an attitude and a woman that walked the pace of a turtle to get the order out waited over 30 minutes for my food I would not recommend coming here and especially if you see this thing stay away

The manager on duty he’s a very tall man is so rude and never helps bag any of the food just hands everything to you with no bags. I had to ask for bags and drink carriers. Everytime I go the semi truck is blocking the parking lot. The food there fine but service there absolutely sucks.

Our table had not been cleaned and the floor under it was sticky. Our food was fresh but it appeared that there was a race or something to put it together as fast as possible since the sauce for my sandwich was only on the outer edge of the bread and the lettuce was not even in the sandwich but surrounding the outside. The server who brought out our food asked if we needed anything and I asked for a mayonnaise but he never returned. We only received 2 napkins and the only dispenser available which was right at the cashier station was empty. I could understand this if they were short on staff or really busy but there were plenty of workers that didnt seem busy and only half the lobby was filled. Our fries were super fresh and hot though!

Martin very rude. I pulled up. Asked for 2 double cheeseburgers 1 medium fries and 1 large sprite and honey mustard sauce. When I pulled up to the window Martin said “did you order a number 9 and a double cheeseburger?” I said “no I order 2 double cheeseburger burgers with a side of fries and a drink” which he responded “that’s is a #9 with a an extra cheeseburger” I responded that it was fine and paid. When I got my food I got 2 cheeseburgers. Not double cheeseburgers. So I came back around the drive thru and explained myself to Martin again, and he asked me to pull up to the window, by that time, other cars had came and I didn’t have time to get my order fixed nor my money back.

This is only in regards to the coffee. In regards to the regular food disregard this review. However, the coffee here consistently tastes burnt or like cigarettes. I can only guess this is due to them overheating the coffee and or not having fresh coffee.
The staff is quite lovely and helpful at this location. My gratitude goes to them and the people who train them.
