Terrible cusomer service (expected these days unfortunatley) Unsanitary food. I found bugs in my food and coffee. They are absolutly not taking any of the necessary steps so ensure a safe experience. I will never be returning to this location. I advised the shift lead Raphael and he did appolagise and said that he would replace my order. I declinced and advised that he should take imediate action to close the kitchen to ensure that this was handled. I imagine they are still slinging bug sandwiches and coffee as we speak. This is 100% on the store manager. It is their responsability to ensure all the health codes are being followed. This is an catostrophic failure!

Prompt service, the guy took our order but forgot to enter it somehow? Because when we got to the cashier she couldn’t find it. She was kind enough to enter it quickly and we didn’t have to wait long for it. Food was good. Coffee was great!

This place is an absolute joke….slowest service I’ve ever seen. I’ve been standing here for 20 minutes and have seen more orders from other customers missing things and being incorrect than I have seen correct ones. Not to mention, the staff just completely ignores you and acts like they don’t see you when you try to get their attention. 100% do not recommend.

Order 1507 in drive through today. Had to hurry because I had a meeting. Got 3 meals for the 3 of us. Got back and one of the main sandwiches are missing (crispy chicken sandwich.) I can’t go back to the store, so I tried to call. No answer, and then it switches to a dial tone. Called 3x still the same thing. I’ve worked for McDonalds for 4 years in my youth and young adult life. This store is ran so poorly!

Ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget got charged but didn’t receive them. Waited in line for my order to be taken for 5 mins and not a single person talked to us. But at the other side they took orders. And the phone number isn’t correct.

We ate inside and the cashier was great, entered everything in right. However both mine and my husband’s food were messed up. We then went and picked up our son who was hungry so we went through the drive thru. They had us park for the one meal and we waited for almost ten minutes and watched them hand our food to someone else. The only reason we know this is because three employees went up to every car parked with this bag of food and it was the car that just drove aways order. They then came up to us and said they didn’t have our order. Go to any other McDonald’s than this one, every small thing that could have gone wrong did with our orders here.

This McDonald’s is the worst! Do not ever go if you are in a rush. Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before we got there, walked in and could see its on the board that they were working on it. I stood there for another 10 mins waiting on it! I placed the order that far in advance already knowing they were slow. Nope, still had to wait. Meanwhile while watching the disorganization, employees just standing around laughing and I hear no communication from the manager to the team. As I was finally leaving, with many orders backed up and people waiting, the manager also leaves for the day. Way to support your team and take care of your customers!

Should have known when i saw that every recent review was 1 star… they asked not 1, or 2 or even just 3 cars to pull forward in the drive thru, but 6 cars!!! during breakfast with no line in the drive thru, so as a previous employee (from another state) i know they are just worried about drive thru times. Absolutely zero customer service and the girl running food had no clue where to take her 6 bags because-news flash!- when you unnecessarily ask 6 customers to pull forward it gets confusing! Especially when you only have 3 drive thru parking spots and no white lines on them 🙂 close this store already, jeez
