This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to! The bisquits are old, hard, and stale. I have waited nearly 10 minutes for them to take my order at the drive thru. Today I ordered a burger with no catsup or mustard and the burger I was given was covered with both. I then went back thru the line to get the correct order, they were rude, acted like I was wasting there time. Not thinking or caring how much time it took me to get what I had ordered.

At 8am with only two other vehicles in drive through I placed my order, one sausage biscuit and a large coffee, the reply was “ya alright pull forward”. Got my coffee at the first window then they asked me to pull forward once more for the biscuit, I waited 10 minutes for a biscuit at the 2nd window. This was my first time at this Mcdonalds, it’s a new one, but, gheez, 10 minutes is crazy. I’ll stick to the Higley location, always friendly and prompt.

10 am on a saturday, hardly busy. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal – which took around 20 min to come out. No big deal, I didnt have any place to be. Leave, drive home, open the sandwich (wrapped in the sausage egg and cheese wrapper!) And it was literally just two halves of the biscuit with nothing inside. How does this even happen? Its very clear that this location has serious employee/management issues as they can barely get out a normal sized meal.

Nearly a half hour to get one sandwich. They where pretty quick at first. I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and a bunch of customizations. They had it out in 2 or 3 minutes. When they handed it to me i thought it felt kind of light, so I checked bacon and other ingredients but no patties or cheese. I bring it back. Once they recognized their mistake the lady tells me they’ll make a new one. After watch a customer order and leave and really probably more like 10 minutes later I’m asked if im waiting for something. Yes, im waiting for my sandwich that was messed up. They go and grab it.off the warmer and give it to me. And the burger itself was horrible but that’s standard for mc Donald’s. That why i have to get the extra condiments. Need to cover up the gross. But i knew that going in.

2 of our 3 most recent visits hand had items missing. Calling the store goes to some guy’s voicemail. This location ran great when it first opened but something has gone wrong since then. The manager on duty did make it right, but it still required a trip back to the restaurant.

They only reason for visiting McDonalds is not for my health but for the deal. $5 MIX and Match (Egg McMiffin and/or McGriddle).
The deal is still advertised on the drive thru menu, BUT i was told that was not able to mix and if I want to mix the total would be the full price….so basically not eligible for the advertised DEAL and not getting for the advertised $5… seems to be false advertising and bait/switch..

The girl working drive thru was very rude. She didn’t give us any napkins, almost forgot our drinks and acted very annoyed that we were there. We weren’t given a receipt for any of the 3 separate orders we had.

Went to this location first time today. I ordered 2 for 5 sausage egg McMuffins the girl at the window some how put in sausage McMuffin. Manager refunds my money and gets the order right. I pay for sausage egg McMuffins. Get my ordered and say to that girl sausage egg McMuffins right? She said yes. Guess what, get home I have two sausage McMuffins. Last time I go there.

First of all my chicken sandwich was crusty and cold. Secondly, this location does not answer the phone. Finally, McDonald’s get a new manager. The micromanaging, rude, tyrant lady you have now is not it. She yelled at her employees right in front of my husband and I. This lady needs to go, find somebody who actually likes their job, and treats people decently. This is costumer service and she is scaring employees and customers away.
