I tried one of the egg, sausage, cheese bagels the other day & have to say it sucked. The bread was cold, didn’t seem like it was toasted, cheese looked like it was just slapped on there not even melted, & egg didn’t seem like it was cooked right. I didn’t even finish it they way you see it in the pic is how I threw it away.
Used the drive thru & the service was pretty quick because I paid at window one but there was a lady waiting at window two. Lady took forever so the guy gave me my order. They have a special buy one get one for a dollar do you have to watch out that they give you the offer.

First, if you’re a fan of Mickey D’s then you know the food is good but for some reason when I order any of the chicken wraps from any location that I frequent, the chicken tender is always so skimpy. Snack wrap vs Snack wrap I got to say J.I.Box is reigning supreme because I always get a nice fat and juicy tender in my wraps. McDonald’s please do better and please fix the ice cream machine at the store on 75th avenue and Lower Buckeye Rd in Phoenix, AZ 85043.

This is the first McDonalds I’ve gone into in a long time, they don’t have a soda machine in the lobby which is kinda weird, but the “front” counter person was really nice and attentive. I understand the push to go digital so i understand that they are not at the front register rather taking orders to the cars and tables. The lobby and play area were nice and clean, they had a cleaning lady out the entire time we were here. The food was hot and we got what we ordered, that’s a win to me.

It’s hit or miss here ♀️ (mostly miss) drive thru is faster than dining in. They get orders wrong or forget items *every time with delivery*, sometimes the ice cream machine works, they take EBT but if you dine in with EBT they’ll treat you weird. (They bring your food to you at this location but if you pay with EBT they automatically put you down for a “to go order”)

For the last 5 times of being there to order food. I always type in the notes to show them what I want to order, because I am deaf. That is how we communicate with the cashiers, drive-thrus, and many more. Unfortunately, they kept not reading my notes very carefully. They kept adding some meals that I never ordered or asked for. One time they overcharged me almost 20 bucks on one small meal. Today, I never order the nuggets. They added it to my order list and got me paid for it. I never have a chance to view the order list before purchase. Drive-thrus for deaf customers are unfriendly because we are not able to view the order list before purchase. This could have been improved. Instead of having me to pay the orders without viewing the order list until the last window to get my food then view the receipt. Then build up more hassles because some of them are not familiar with how to engage with deaf customers.

First off I waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told cash only. So I go get cash com back waiting another hour in line only to be handed ice cold fries. And half the order not even taken. So the young kid at the window apologized and said staff made to much fries so all the orders have just been sitting. After driving the 2 minute to my Airbnb I get to the house and the order they forgot had the exact same ice cold fries & burnt Pattie’s on the Big Mac & my doubles quarter. Why make people wait in line for 1.5hr only to serve them ice cold burnt food. Definitely not even worth a star!!

SAFETY WARNING!
Ordered food a certain way and the items didn’t come out as ordered. Had to return to counter and the manager was not seriously interested.. as she took her sweet time.
Then after eating, I almost tripped going in to use the restroom. Then if that wasn’t bad enough there was a “clorox” spray cleaner left on top of the soap dispenser.. heaven forbid a kid gets ahold of that.
I brought it to the attention of another manager, she stated bathroom was “closed”, even though the door was propped wide open with a metal rod.. and only a “wet floor” sign partially blocking the entry. When I stated there was no ‘closed’ sign And a chemical spray out in the open, too which she just said “Thank you” and went back to whatever she was doing in the kitchen. SMH
Folks please careful at this location.

When this location 1st opened it was really good, but lately everything has been going down hill. The past few trips through the drive through we got ice cold fries, syrupy sodas and sloppy thrown together burgers. The quality of the food is not living up to the constant hike in prices. Going inside the AC was either off or broken in the play area so my kids were sweating after 5-10 minutes of play. Not a single employee I’ve encountered seems at all like they want to be there. The 1 handing out the food NEVER speaks and the 1 taking payment verifies the order and thats all thats said. I know this newer generation entering the work force are all introverted, but they need to work on basic public interactions if they get a job that interacts with people.

Did a mobile order for two happy meals. After 10 minutes I went in to get them just to be told they are still working on them. So I asked to make sure I have fresh fries. I get them and I asked for extra fries for both and got the kids fries which were cold. So I just told them that they were supposed to be extra fries so the guys manager puts them in the box any old way which they were side ways falling in the box. Service is slow and managers are not doing their job right. And check your food 2 of my nuggets were stuck together
