This location is hit or miss. I don’t like it since they got rid of the soda machines. The workers are oblivious when you try to ask them something. The cashier guy almost shorted me $3 on my order until I corrected him. At least my order was hot, fresh, and accurate.

As you can see, I got the generic response link from McDonald’s staff below. I have indeed contacted corporate and not only did I never receive a response but they also closed my case without ever having addressed any of the problems that I brought to them. I’m looking forward to escalating this in any way that I can. In the meantime, find a better McDonald’s don’t come to this one.
We waited over an HOUR for two breakfast meals and a coffee on Saturday morning (2/21). Order was placed at 10:20am for pickup. We arrived at 10:27am to find they were already backed up by 40+ orders. One customer had been waiting 45 minutes when we got there.
There was no communication from staff. No apologies. No attempt to manage expectations.
After waiting over an hour, finally leaving by 11:45am, we finally got our food and drove home. And it was wrong. Both breakfast sandwiches were made with the round egg white instead of the folded egg they’re supposed to come with. The iced coffee was bitter and undrinkable.
We drove back to have it corrected and the manager on duty was unapologetic and dismissive. He even claimed the round egg is what they “usually use,” which is simply not true. No apology. No refund offered. No effort to make it right.
This wasn’t just a busy morning. It was poor management and even worse customer service.
Completely unacceptable. A refund isn’t even enough to make up for all the time wasted and the hassle and attitude we received in return for our patronage. We won’t be returning to this location. Hope the manager is fired and goes for a lovely long walk off a short pier.

Never answers their phone, like ever.. always forgets sauce, napkins, and straws.. also who puts the applejuices inside the kids meals? They do.. so kids fries are always cold? Been working for Mcdonalds myself for over 10 years.. never does my restaurant make the same mistakes.. theres always something wrong or missing with my orders here. And with 5 other mouths to feed when i shop here its not something little, its alot that im getting and alot im spending.. should be double checking your guys stuff and putting fresh friends in mobile orders..Id rather just start going in-strore so im not wasting money on door dash of uber.. i gotta start double checking the food before it leaves the store… i still give it a three as it doesn’t happen if/when i go in-store..

Service is rushed, cashier’s are quick to always ask if one needs anything else after every item ordered. Restaurant needs more polite staff. At times the food is missing ingredients or missing from the complete order.

Don’t bother with the app. Took 30min and they still got the order wrong. Then the “crew trainer” tried telling me it would be another 30min if they remade my order! They were claiming to be busy. The only people there were waiting on food!

Order taker with tattoos in the morning is great. Polite, friends and has good energy. My food at this McDonald’s is usually always hot and fresh and the line moves fast. Keep it up.

Yesterday I waited in line nearly 20 minutes to get to order the cashier is having a hard time getting my code for app. Proceed to window where they cannot find my order, but the points got taken from the app. I repeated my order 3x once to a MANGER. He proceeds to give me the same bs the cashiers did about refreshing app I was already annoyed 3 ppl couldn’t understand and he said I can make up for this and give you a free item I said okay. Got home an only got what I paid for and the points in the app never got resolved. Definitely need to do better especially when customers are repeating there self’s as much as I had to without any apology or compensation.

Long waits, no customer service and everyone is all over the place. This is not fast food anymore. New ideas need to resolve all these wait times for several different ways to order food.
To the Owner: Anthony and David were the only ones facing customers with a positive attitude and conflict resolution. These guys need a raise and have Anthony run the restaurant.

This is my second review yay! So a 24hr fast food place where you can always trust to eat at ANY time…. well not in my case. It’s 3 AM in the morning. I placed an order on my phone. I go pick it up. The lady tells me, Hey, we are closed. I tell her, oh I have a pickup. She says, soo we are still closed and we dont open until 4:15 am. i’m just like like okay??
The least she can do is be nice and KINDLY explain to cancel my order instead of being rude. NOT MY FAULT YOU STUCK WORKING THERE SO JUST PUT MY FRIES IN THE BAG AND DO WHAT YOU GET PAID FOR.

This location always gives you old food! They never have enough staff working. I can’t understand why McDonald’s doesn’t give a military discount they make billions of dollars. It’s because of this location I don’t even eat at any McDonald’s no more! They hire young teenagers who have no customer service skills and 0 respect. None of this generation has basic manners. Hire people who take pride in their job. PUT BACK A ACTUAL CASHIER AT THE FRONT COUNTERS AND PUT 2 WHEN ITS BUSY!!! IT WOULD MAKE THINGS A WHOLE LOT EASIER. Then when you do ask someone to take your order at the counter they have a very bad attitude about it. They dont want to do it. The manager at I-10 and 91st ave has a horrible attitude.
