Our whole family really likes this McDonald’s. It’s very family-friendly and has a kids’ play area, which is perfect for families with children. The place is clean and spacious, and the kids can play while the adults relax and enjoy their food. It’s always a great stop for our family.

i got a door-dash from here a couple minutes ago i ordered a LARGE orange juice, a sausage mcgriddle, and TWO hash browns. i paid $19 dollars just to get a small orange juice and 1 hash brown. Not only that but they didn’t even care if fill the cup all the way. I work in fast food and i still make sure that everything is correct, these people just don’t care.

Food was served cold. They precook the meat and keep in a warmer. The cheese on my 1/4 pounder was cold.
I suggest going across the street to In and Out . At least their burgers are served hot.

Every time I have gone to this McDonald’s at night the service has been exceptional. The food is made fresh, my order is always correct, and they are always quick. Every other McDonald’s in southern Utah really ought to take lessons from this location (especially the St George Blvd location…).

I honestly don’t even know where to start with how disappointing this visit was. We went to this McDonald’s expecting fast food, but instead, we ended up waiting over an hour just to receive a simple order. The staff working there were incredibly lazy and showed zero sense of urgency. They were moving at a snail’s pace, laughing and chatting among themselves while customers stood around clearly frustrated.
There was no communication, no updates, and absolutely no professionalism. It wasn’t even that busy, which made the whole situation even more ridiculous. People were getting frustrated and leaving before even getting their food. It genuinely felt like the workers couldn’t have cared less about the job or the customers. I’ve never experienced such poor service at any McDonald’s before.
By the time we finally got our food, it wasn’t even fresh. Cold fries, messed-up orders, and not even an apology for the outrageous wait. I usually try to be understanding—everyone has off days—but this was just next-level neglect and laziness. If this is how this location operates on a regular basis, I’d strongly recommend going anywhere else. Total waste of time and money.

Would go way lower if able, I have been and worked in the fast industry for a long time, this is by far the worst time and place I have been. Took 30 minutes for food, everything was cold and soggy even the chicken nuggets. The bagger was just picking at thier nails when everything to fill a bag was right there, ordered to eat there and just got everything bagged and called our table. Spent 5 minutes 3 different times standing near the front because the girls were just talking by the fry station and behind the wooden area. Got glared at and no smiles when talked to even tho the first thing they drill into you during training is friendly customer service. Forgot 3 different things for the order. Just don’t go here go anywhere else.

Not only did they have to redo my order twice but there was blood in the play place. When they came to clean up the blood…not only did they wipe the bloody floor and slide but then proceeded to wipe a table down with the same rag. Totally grossed out and couldn’t even find an apatite to eat my meal anymore. Certainly won’t be going to this location again.

From a staffing perspective, this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life. They’re all behind the counter and the girl in a black sweatshirt with black glasses was absolutely rude and inattentive and every time she would look at us standing at the counter she would just roll her eyes and turn around and walk away. The management really needs to have a serious consideration on their staffing here. Even if Dave and Mark Parrish are the owners and operators, I will be reaching out to corporate to put in a grievance against how this store is operated. You shouldn’t have people at your store that are so rude and inattentive because it gives a bad reputation to your store and ask I won’t be coming back to this store and I’ll go out of my way to find a McDonald’s that isn’t owned by you guys unless you correct you got here Hiring practices and the people you have working for you on earth what used to be a proper and prideful establishment.
I sat here and watched seven people come in with dine in orders and everyone of them came out in a bag and people had to come to the counter to pick up their orders. Your little table flags even state that put the flag on the table and we will come out and bring it to you. That’s a bit of a turn off that the staff is so lazy that they can’t bring it out to the customer when the table flag says they will. Again, is this a honorable establishment or just a money making endeavor for the owners where they don’t care about the customers and only want their money.

This McDonald’s is terrible every time I order a happy meal for my kids there’s no sauce ordered a large meal today and got a medium fry with NO SALT!! don’t go here.

Good convenient location to grab a quick bite or when you have no clue to what you really want to eat. I love their chicken nuggets and french fries. They freshly make them very hot, tasty and super crispy as the way I expected. Their burgers, breakfasts and other items on the menu can be hit-or-miss. Fairly typical service speed but the staff is always friendly.
