I don’t know if they’re just not in the right mood to serve but it’s times where I go or I order online and they just throw everything in the bag and also they know when the sauces are opened too there’s no excuse that they “DIDN’T” know. If they’re miserable working at a place like that they need to find another job. This is not OKAY to serve customers disrespectfully. And alos they gave me the wrong sauces..ITS REALLY GROSS !

Ordered during a busy lunch rush thinking that the food would be hot and fresh. No such luck. Fries were cold and soggy. Quarter pounder was cold and the bottom bun was so dry it was crunchy. When you can get McDonalds food hot and fresh it’s good. Unfortunately anymore it’s always cold and old.

We have had horrible experiences with all of the other St. George McDonalds. This place is the best. Live person took our order so we did not need to use the kiosk. Had breakfast and the Sausage McMuffin with Egg was hot and done perfectly. Potato cake also hot and golden and done perfectly. That is hard to find at most McDonalds now. Great service. Perfectly done hot food. And food comes out fast!

Second time now made online order late night and drive thru closed doors locked employee standing outside smoking standing next to a pile of trash in front of the main entrance not even taking it to the dumpster horrible staff at this place as always. The owner needs to put its foot down and fire these people. I would score -20 stars if I could.

Sorry. But not really. No smile. Not atmosphere. And worst of all, they don’t fill up your smoothies all the way. It’s like they’re intentionally applying shrink flation since increasing the price probably makes them lose out on sales.

Pretty consistent at this location. Food is usually warm and not cold, which is nice and I’ve never had to turn around and ask for fresh fries here which is pretty great in my opinion. Definitely not afraid to do that.

I’ve given this McDonalds so many chances to improve. 4 times they gave me the wrong order. 2 times they charged me to much. 2 times I waited over 45 minutes through the drive through to get my food. 1 time in the drive through we waited 25 minutes. Seems very disorganized and mismanaged at this location. They have lost my bussiness.

Girl at the drive thru wasn’t audible at all (I could hear the background noises more than her.) she got my order completely wrong which ended up costing me twice as much. She mumbled my total so I didn’t realize my order was wrong until I got to the next window. I believe it was the manager or a shift lead at the window because he refunded me right away and got my order correct, which I appreciate, but then the employees still misunderstood, and almost remade it wrong again. (my order was very basic. 2 sausage McMuffins and a hash brown.) Then he started yelling at the employees right there, then started essentially threatening them? I don’t feel it’s ok to ever speak to employees that way, even if they mess up. It was just one of the weirdest drive-thru experiences ever.

Went here for Breakfast and coffee both were amazing i was impressed. I just went back for dinner and it was horrible, truly night and day difference. The burgers taste like dog food, the salad is wilted and brown, my spicy mcchicken taste 4 hrs old ” stale and hard”. The burger meat is even dried up and old like it has been held since lunch time. Definitely not eating dinner here anymore.

Chicken sandwich fail. I bought 2 chicken crispy sandwiches. Couldn’t finish them. The service was great and the drive through was quick. Just didn’t enjoy my food. Since I’m going there for the food, I gave more weight towards the food. But my sandwich looks happy.
