The hamburgers I got I had to wait on because they said they were waiting on meat and when I got them all the hamburger was crunchy like it was old. I asked them to add a tomato to my chicken sandwich and they omitted all the other toppings including the Tomato I paid extra for no lettuce no mayo nothing just a chicken patty and buns after I paid extra for tomato. The food quality was terrible and I’ve been looking for excuses never to come back and they just gave it to me. Overpriced for extremely under delivered service and food

I ordered through the drive thru and the employees working at both windows had very poor customer service. At the first window the woman working was very rude. If you are the first person to greet customers you should be polite and friendly whether they leave a review or not. Please talk with your employees so others do not have the same experience.

McDonald’s is always a hit and miss with the food quality and customer service. I usually try not to go, but it was the only fast food opened at that time. NOT 24 hours! Just drove away after waiting 10 minutes for someone. Called the location just incase, no answer. While we were driving away we saw the employee inside just standing there. Circled around, gave it another try at the windows, still nothing. 2 others cars pulled in during that time, all ended up leaving without food.
