Visited this McDonalds at 8:30pm on a Sunday. It was not busy. There were 3 cars total in the drive thru. Maybe 8 total people in the dining room. The fries were barely warm and not fresh. The nuggets were slightly warmer. They did give us an extra sauce (thank you). Every table was dirty… Crumbs, ketchup, sauce, you name it, they needed to be cleaned. The men’s bathroom was disgusting. Urinal had not been flushed. You could smell the urine because of the lack of urinal cakes. The paper towel dispenser was broken. There was hair in the sink. The toilet stall was also a mess with toilet paper everywhere. We ordered ice water. There were maybe 3 cubes of ice in each cup after we waited for 5 minutes for someone to actually look at the service counter…night crew needs to be re trained and held accountable… Or replaced.

Not one table was clean. Not one. We looked at every single table, but had to wipe down our own. An employee came out with a rag, didn’t wipe any tables down, poked his head in the men’s bathroom and went back behind the counter. ♀️

Need to work on this place. Ordered inside, took 5 minutes for someone to come from the back to take our order. Guy was pretty rude. While waiting for our order I watched one of the gals working on the griddle reach into the cold storage to get sausage patties with her bare hands…she also kept taking her phone out of her back pocket, touching it then back in her pocket . Took 20 minutes to get the food, after we had to ask where it was and then was missing a drink, he wasn’t going to give me one even though it was listed on the receipt. Finally he brought the drink we paid for.
There was a lady wandering around in a black long sleeve shirt, I am thinking she was a manager but she did not stop to help any of the staff, even both drive through lines were full and there was probably 20 people waiting in the lobby. Whoever owns the place needs to review staffing and management participation.

I order through the drive through and they stuck a recipe to my car. I don’t think that’s the way it’s supposed to be and then when they park me that have someone deliver it that didn’t even talk to me or ask if I needed anything else.
The parish family needs to be doing better with controlling their stores.

Gonna say this experience was a disappointment. Food was cold. We ordered online and it was as if they forgot about us. took forever to get our order.
Also Mcdonalds seems to have this new business model where they disappear from the front counter and refuse to ever come up and provide some front end service. I noticed I wasn’t the only one standing up there frustrated over there order and no one around to help. I’d try another Mcdonalds if you are review savvy.

Stopped for breakfast and both the egg sandwiches had egg shells in them. Like not one or two but multiple bites. I couldn’t even finish. It had to take some who literally hates the job and is so lazy to screw up an egg sandwich at McDonald’s. Btw this was 1/31 at 815am so whoever was working the grill should find a new job.

Watched the guy on the fry station bag an order and pop a few fries into his mouth from it. He then looked around to make sure none of his coworkers are looking (didn’t notice me standing there waiting for my order) and continued to eat a few more fries from the order while wearing no gloves the entire time. If he’s that hungry he should ask for a employee meal…or atleast walk to the back with some fries instead of in plain site of the customer waiting on that order

We came here on the Thanksgiving day, and it’s still open! The service was pretty fast. The food was not neatly prepared but acceptable. The place could be slightly messy during peak hours. Overall, we are just grateful that it opens on Thanksgiving until 2pm.

This was probably the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. The inside was incredibly filthy every single table was disgusting and the bathroom was left open in the dining room with a plunger in the toilet they took away the drink machine so we were left with whatever the employees originally fill the drink with, food was called out by our nu ver they don’t bring it to you even though that isn’t a big deal but when that is how mcdonalds is supposed to work and every detail of this restaurant was so poor I figured I would add that additional detail. Fries were cold and the nuggets were stale, lady was behind the counter just making a personal call on speaker phone while everyone else was rushing around.

McDonalds – I love it. You never know what you’re going to get. Two days ago I watch 5 cars leave the drive thru line after it becomes apparent nobody will be bothered to take anybody’s order. Today my husband and I with our backseat full of screaming kids get invited to go drinking at the town hotspot by the guy at the window who looks like he himself can’t be older than 12 years old.
We could all use a little more uncertainty.
That’s why I come back. Not for the food – for the experience.
