I remember when the “fast” in fast food meant that you would get your food, well, fast, and not the FAST test you give yourself for a stroke while you are waiting 30 plus minutes for your food. At midnight. With one other person in the lobby and no one else outside. Genuinely, whoever designed and approved this building needs to go back to school. They have pushed for everything to be done on the digital kiosk, but made it to where you have to ask a human for everything. Want a soda refill? Too bad, you have to wait 10 minutes for a staff to notice you because they **didn’t think to add a fountain to the lobby**. Want some sauce? Wait while awkwardly making eye contact with the one staff who really doesn’t want to help you and waits for someone else to help you. This location is a mess and horribly designed. The kicker? They don’t care. They make enough to not look at these reviews, just enough to have a bot push you to their website to complain which no one will, because again, their complaint and suggestion box is conveniently placed over the trash can. If you’re working here, or the owner or whoever and are actually reading this, do better. If you’re a customer wondering if you should come to this location, don’t. At least the other McDonalds has you in an out in a timely manner.

Just had something i get in a regular basis three breakfast burritos. I’ve had some that were obviously fresh before and some that were a little less so but still pretty good. This time however, I had to spit them out, dry, hard, tortillas crunchy, cheese looked like it had melted for so long it turned hard again and was rubbery, the eggs tasted like if you microwave eggs from two days ago, but for about 3 minutes longer than you should. I would ask for a refund but I was not offered a receipt and rushed out of the line. This locations quality is always a bit of a gamble but it was a new low. If I had ro guess they sat under a heat lamp yesterday and were thrown in a fridge and reheated this morning I tried all three, two i made it through about 1/3 and the third i had to spit out on the first bite due to almost a metallic taste that lingered for quite a while.

For such a new location, I expected much better cleanliness and attention to detail. I visited at 7:30 AM, and the state of the restaurant was disappointing.
The lobby was dirty with no staff present or being attentive to customers. When we finally got help, the service itself was decent, but that doesn’t make up for the poor condition of the facility.
The kitchen area was visibly unclean, and most concerning—the floor was extremely greasy. I nearly slipped and fell walking in, which is a serious safety hazard, especially with the rainy weather making shoes already wet.
This is a brand new McDonald’s in our community, and we deserve a clean, safe environment to enjoy our meals. The location has so much potential, but management needs to prioritize cleanliness and regular maintenance immediately.
Something also needs to be addressed, is hygiene.With employees kid that helped us had dandruff all over his sweater and t shirt that just shows unsanitary work environment.
I hope to see improvements soon so this location can live up to what our community deserves.

McDonald’s must not be paying these workers enough. It takes me 20 plus minutes to get food. In the drive thru. The last 4 times ive been here it took 25 minutes to get my food. Your managers need to pay more. They dont deserve the anger they get from customers waiting 20 minutes when they are understaffed. AWFUL management. Cooks and workers are damn awesome.

I really don’t like to give bad reviews, my first visit here I was skeptical because they only got a 2.6 rating. It’s a new looking facility, it’s very large with dual drive-through and three windows, and enormous kitchen, with the minimum of three people working as it’s 24 hour.
I ordered a fish combo on my first visit, it was around midnight, as I paid the worker automatically told me good weight in a parking stall, although there was only one other car there, it took over 15 minutes and the fish sandwich and fries were both cold and rubbery
Tonight it’s only 10 PM only one other car at the window Same story since I was handed my change for one double cheeseburger go park in the stall and wait for your order
15 minutes again I don’t think I’ll be returning because that’s not right. There’s something wrong there something going on maybe with the night crew it makes no sense. Now as I leave, I see 10 cars in the drive-through good luck to them.

I never get on and leave reviews, but we just spent 1/2 hour waiting at the pickup stall for our food. We watched a ton of cars go through the drive through and get their food and leave. My husband finally went in to see what was taking so long, only to find out that they hadn’t even started putting our order together. When we FINaLLY got our food, the fries were cold and the hamburgers were soggy. I definitely won’t ever be returning to this location.

I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before I showed up. I ordered a large fry to split between people and this is what I got! I know the cheeseburgers have ketchup spread all over everything (McDonald’s quality) but this as a large fry is unbelievable it’s basically a small fry! Then I had to sit around the corner while 7 cars that ordered in the drive through passed me with their food. What’s the point of a mobile order if it isn’t ready by the time I get there and let alone placing it 10 minutes before I arrived I had to wait 10 minutes to get my food. Go to DQ! The fry’s and burgers are better! Do better! It takes little to no effort to make this food! Trust me I know I used to work at McDonalds.

I always have a malfunction with either the app or the kiosk inside the store and every single time I do I have so much help and sympathy from the employees! I prefer this McDonald’s to the other one in town. This one has great people working here and they do their best considering technology and machines malfunction.

I ordered 5$ meal and the chicken nuggets where the driest things I’ve ever tried, and the fries where hard, i ordered the hot n spicy mcChicken and it was old and hard aswell, the lobby was all dirty I couldn’t even sit at a clean table.
