They are the worst Mcdonalda I’ve ever gone through and can’t get any order I’ve ever done correct. Today they gave me a crispy chicken deluxe with no sauce, no pickles, no tomato. And only a top bun. I asked for the ranch at the window and they gave me hot mustard.

The lady that manages this place is a complete moron for starters. They like to pad their drive thru numbers by having you pull forward for your order to a separate stall so they can mark the order as done, when its clearly not. There was no one behind me, they told me to pull forwards to spot 3, waited 10 minutes for 2 cokes, they proceed to then serve multiple cars that eventually pulled up behind me in the drive up that had drinks and sent those people on their way food and drinks. Never brought my drinks out, I had to go in and request them and they were sitting there on the counter, the manager lady (if youd call her a woman, kinda questionable?) she just acted like she could care less.

Stood at the counter waiting for ANYONE to help me for around 20 minutes all while this guy played on his phone. No one greeted me, no one checked to see if i had been helped or why i was at the counter at all. Cooks and other staff saw me so its as if i was purposely ignored and when I finally was asked what i needed i was handed a grubhub bag. I could have easily walked away with it because the lady never checked to see if it was my order or not. When my order came nothing was said to me just placed the order on the counter and left. Drive through was a nightmare and so was inside and i can see is because they rather mess around and play loud music. Terrible nigh crew service

They just didn’t fulfill my online order because their “system was down” and didn’t bother to come out and tell everyone waiting in the mobile pickup for 20 minutes. When I tried to get a refund the next week due to not getting a credit OR receiving any food, they were rude and unhelpful and said it was impossible unless I brought a receipt in. This was after I explained I had been traveling though and lived in another state. The app customer service just kept trying to get them to do something about it and they wouldn’t. After a month of headache I charged it back on my credit card.

The past several times I have gone inside of this McDonald’s to order, there is no one at the cash registers, they just blankly glanced at me from their cook stations. I was totally ignored, as though I wasn’t even there. This has happened the past three times I have gone in. So I definitely do not suggest you go inside to order, they’re either too busy, short staffed (although there were lots of workers there and they were stepping on each other’s toes) or they just don’t care. The attitude that I got from the manager was that they just don’t care. The drive-thru is basic, but lately they’ve been really slow, the orders haven’t been ready when I get to the window. They have you moved forward to park in the slots where you have to wait for your food to be delivered to you. And I’m talking every slot is filled waiting for their food! I don’t understand why they can’t get food out in a timely matter, It just seems to be going downhill more and more. I wouldn’t ever go here if it weren’t for my grandson. I don’t eat their food, but he does.

They took back my bag that I all ready had in my car and made me give back the food I touched to fix my order they messed up which was because the employee that was taking my order was talking with his friends instead of listening to what people are ordering. They also gave me the wrong food I ordered a sausage mcmuffin combo and they gave me and ham mcmuffin instead.

Hit and miss on if you’ll get a kind/decent employee (in how they communicate to you, can be so cold towards you, come off annoyed/miserable). But they do get your order right and the food (fries are hit and miss on freshness) is good!

I had a bad experience at McDonald’s in Spanik Fork, I went around at 12 my time for my lunch, it took them to give me my order. I asked for it in the lobby to take away. I asked for ketchup and there are three employees that I waved to them and said hello And they said they didn’t see me and the cashier was there and he just laughed. The truth is, very bad service. I don’t recommend it take more than 30 minutes to give me the order, no napkins or a straw for me for my cold coffee

I have been here quite a few times. The younger drive-through guys are always super rude and ask, “Is that it?” After everything you order. It’s stressful. Last visit, my big Mac had a sour taste, and they were out of diet coke. I think i will give this location a break for a while.
