Solid selection for a quick stop. Order was accurate, food is hot, and service is friendly and efficient, especially for a drive thru location that gets busy.
Staff generally does a good job keeping things moving, and the dining area is typically clean when I have been inside. Compared to other locations, this one is more reliable than most.
The reason for four stars instead of five comes down to peak hour congestion. During rushes the drive thru can back up and wait times stretch longer than expected, but that seems more volume related than service related.
Overall, this is a dependable McDonald’s. I stop here regularly and would recommend it if you are passing through or live in the area.

This is supposed to be a big mac. 2 patties on the bottom, no toppings, and nothing between the top 2. Also SUPER slow. Three times in a row it’s been like this. At my job, This would get someone fired.

I don’t often go to McDonald’s. But this most recent visit I was definitely more disappointed than usual. One of the few time periods that I go to McDonald’s is during the Monopoly prizes. I did not order much, but what I did order was supposed to be Monopoly pieces. Not a single item I got had game tokens with them. Outside of that, I don’t really have any other complaints. whoever is working tonight was AWFUL. they were laughing over the headset, talking to coworkers mid order and not listening to what the customer (my family and me) was saying, was messing around and didn’t get our order our burger and fries to us until 30 mins after and when they gave the order to us they were laughing and rude.
i’ve never been so disappointed in customer service. i normally love going to this location.

We went in and all the tables were messy. All the garbages were overflowing. There was soda, napkins and ketchup everywhere. We were waiting for ten minutes and then asked where our food was(just a ten piece and a cookie). They said they were waiting for the cookie. Five to ten minutes later we got the ten piece and they said they burnt the cookies. The nuggets were stale. Us being clearly devastated on the loss of our cookie with no option for another one, we settled for a small drink cup.

Drive thru later was rude as hell, she was rubbin her eyes at 8:30pm talking bout some “I don’t know” if SHE put sauce in our bags, then continued to ask us 3 times what we were missing and was rude as HELL to us at the drive thru speaker. fire the girl working second window.

Absolutely horrible everytime we come here! Either the food is cold or it takes about 20 mins and the food is still cold. This will be the last time we come to this location for sure. The managers are terrible and allow the employees to be on the phone constantly. Not mention they are always rude and make it seem like your the probelm.The area rep sits in the store on a regular basis and it still sucks. Do something about this asap! People shouldn’t get crappy food when they are paying to much already!

They got a simple order of a plain burger and a drink both incorrect. I ordered via the app and they would not give me what I ordered. They gave me a very hard time and I ended up walking away and losing out on my order. Manager was very petty and unkind. Simple customer service isn’t that hard. Also the manager refused to speak English to me and claimed she only spoke Spanish.

Very rude employees slow ordered via the app got there was told I had to change my order due to them not having mcgriddle buns changed my order to accomadate waited 15 minutes after being told to go to the next window then they told me there was an issue with the app for my order because they didn’t have mcgriddle buns so I couldn’t get any of my order and they wouldn’t serve breakfast any longer, and that I could either change my order again and wait or I could leave. This place is a joke not our first bad experience but was hoping it would come around stay away from this place.
