So good! The girl who took my order and the girl at the window (might’ve been the same person) was SO nice, but speedy too! Same with the boy that handed me my order.
The food was made to perfection—a lot of times at other locations they usually undercook the sausage patties and English muffins but these were just right. The coffee was great too! Didn’t taste burnt, just the right amount of creamer. Good job!!

Visited the store this morning after placing a mobile order. When I arrived I discovered that the processing system wasnt functioning. I could tell from the voice that there was frustration inside the store. But in my conversation with the young lady inside I never felt in any way the her frustration was directed toward me. She did a marvelous job staying calm and pleasant. Unfortunately I had to depart and drop off my son to his appointment.
After dropping him off I returned. Knowing the situation I went inside the store this time. The young man that helped me was visibly flustered, but never once expressed anything but kindness toward me. He took a photo of my order in my app. He left, got my food per my online order. He was very kind and apologetic.
Thank you, Salem McDonalds. Stressful situations aren’t always understood by your customers. But your employees made your store shine today.

I’ve been here a lot and I swear literally Everytime i come it is awful. Service is literally terrible I usually order just burger not even a meal and even when it is completely empty, I have to wait around 30-45 minutes which is just insane. The workers are all just in the back on their phones. The whole place is always dirty and it honestly seems like nobody is doing anything. Once I came with a group and someone spilled a full large coke. We all felt terrible. We went to grab napkins but of course they were all completely out. We went to the desk multiple times and yelled and yelled trying to get the workers to notice us and they all sat on their phones. Finally someone came over and we asked him for napkins and he basically told us to deal with it. We told him we had spilled and were happy to clean it up but needed napkins. He again was just like whatever and walked away. Finally that same worker walked over and saw the spill we were attempting to clean up with napkins from all of our cars and he was like “oh you spilled” and we were like yes we told you multiple times and then he went back to the back and never came up. The food is always cold and has no flavor. I wouldn’t come here. Go to payson instead.

I don’t even know what to say anymore. Every time I order a McChicken, I ask for honey. They always tell me, “yeah it’s free, we can add it.” And every single time… it never shows up in the bag. Not once. I sit there in the parking lot, open the bag hoping today is the day… and nope. Just a dry McChicken staring back at me. It almost feels personal at this point. I just want some honey, man. That’s it. Nothing crazy. It sounds dumb but it actually made me sad. Like bro, why tell me I can have it if you’re not gonna put it in? I’m not asking for the world. Just a little honey. I love McDonald’s, but this honey promise they keep breaking is starting to hurt my heart a bit.

Honestly I felt that I was too poor to even enter this McDonalds, the food service was great at both at the window and lobby –
And the employees were the best part that I was at a lost for words or actions when they even asked if I needed anything extra after all they did.
This Salem location was great – it’s a shame I’m 59 miles away from it.

I don’t know what I did to deserve this kind of pain, but every time I go to McDonald’s… I order honey for my McNuggets. And every time, without fail, I open the bag, full of hope, only to find no honey staring back at me. Just ketchup. Maybe BBQ if the universe feels generous. But never honey.
Do you know what it feels like to dip a McNugget into nothing but disappointment? To sit in your car, parked under the golden arches, wondering why—no matter how many times you ask—the honey never comes? It’s like McDonald’s and I are in a toxic relationship, and I’m the only one trying.
I keep believing it’ll be different next time. I keep giving them another chance. And every time, they break my heart all over again.

So disappointed! My kids were so excited to have a McDonald’s close to Payson with a play place. Play place is definitely only for toddlers or babies, just a heads up mommies. SO ANNOYING that you have to ask to have a refill because they don’t have the machine in the lobby. Also not only you can’t refill yourself, most of our drinks had a good inch or so not filled… Not good customer service when you have to go to the counter and yell for help, I miss the days when someone would take your order. I rang for help at self check out several times and no one came. Our fries were gross and stale…and it was kinda dirty for just opening. I’ll change my rating when they stop being cheap and put a soda machine in the lobby unless they plan to have someone at the front full time making sure people are helped. Yelling at the counter for help is DUMB.

However, you would think that the staff there had been working there for years based upon their attitudes and their overall unwillingness to assist help or even come to the front counter.
