The people are great but I don’t think I have ever received the correct order. I was missing some stuff and the kiosk did not print a receipt so I wasn’t able to prove I paid for it. So we decided to let it go. The staff is kind and the store is clean. I just hate that 9 times out of ten the food we received is not what we ordered.

I thought the third time was a charm but nope. I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes, and 2 packs of 3 cookies online for curbside pickup. Was at Mcdonald’s parked and placed the order at 9:36PM. I did not get my order until 10:05. Plus when I got there, 2 maybe 3 other cars were there. How exactly did it take that long to get me my order? The cookies weren’t even warm, they tasted stale and the ice cream was more like frozen yogurt. The past two times they’ve given us the wrong items or shorted us food. Not doing very great Mcdonald’s

The food was consistent with any other McDonald’s. I love McDonald’s breakfast with their smoothies. The food was good and came out quick. The smoothie took about 10-15 minutes to come out.

The food was normal McDonald’s food, the service was sub-par. You don’t actually talk to anyone, it was all automated but they forgot one of our sandwiches. We were only there to do a quick potty break and get food then back on the road so not getting a sandwich was a big deal.

This McDonald’s seems to be the most consistent with their food and service. Usually very fast in the drive-thru and hot fresh food. The little ones love this play place the best. Best of all, they have never said their ice cream machine is down!

I placed a mobile order on my phone, but when I arrived at the restaurant, my phone was having connection issues with the app. Because of that, I couldn’t put in my parking spot and update the app that I had arrived. I got out of my car, and the first person to see me immediately asked how they could help. He had me come into the store to try my connection there with the WiFi, but it still didn’t work. I decided to leave, but another person stopped me and asked what they could do to help. Then the two of them proceeded to make my order, even though my app was down. I showed them my email confirmation, and they got everything spot on. I was so grateful for their help and service! The food was delicious McDonald’s quality, too. Well done!

The food, well those of us who know, all McDonald’s food has declined in amount over the last 15 years. You definitely used to get more for your money back in the day.
