Service was prompt enough considering the size of the order, but 3 items were missing from the bag when it arrived. Good thing we counted. I had to throw one away though because it had NASTY raw bacon on it! Ew! I will be forever wary of this location.

McDonald’s in Payson is better than winning an Emmy or a Grammy award, because the fries show up hot (like your mom) and nobody has to mispronounce your name on live TV.
I don’t need Kevin Hart announcing anything, or calling me on stage because I already know I’m a winner at life, that’s why I just want a Big Mac announced by the drive-thru speaker like it’s a funeral ceremony.
This place is the fine dining Payson has always needed, where the white tablecloths are imaginary and the ketchup packets are artisanal for Payson people.
The service is faster than an acceptance speech and way more emotionally fulfilling than your mom last night.
Every bite feels like a standing ovation from a town that knows exactly what it wants at 11:37 PM or what they call dinner time after second shift!! Yeehaw cowboy!
If luxury is consistency, salty perfection, and a parking lot that feels like a rave for podunk people, then congratulations, this is haute cuisine.
Ten out of ten, I’d trade any trophy for a seat here, except for a trophy like your mom.

GREAT experience. came in late to get food with my friends and Kent was the BEST! He was so kind and kept checking in on us and he was soo friendly! I have never been to a McDonalds with such great service! I will be back to this McDoanlds 100%.

Very average, it was McDonald’s after all. That being said I ordered a “big breakfast”, I’m guessing they thought that I was a to go order, I wasn’t asked or given a number for my table, after sitting down for what I thought was a long time, I got up walked to the counter to find no employees around and food sitting there in a bag getting cold, so I took the food and went back to sit down and eat, then realized my big breakfast that comes with three pancakes had no syrup, so back to the counter where I had to call out for an employee, then repeat myself three time’s could I get some syrup for my breakfast, as I was looked at like I was trying to get something for nothing. Unfortunately I don’t have the parking to just go anywhere, but I won’t be back here again

I made an order on the app and arrived at the store. I waited and waited, trying to be patient. Finally 26 minutes later I asked about my order and they said they were not able to fulfill it. And that eventually my money would be refunded. Couldn’t they have told me right away my order was cancelled. If I had been even more patient I could have waited there all afternoon. I didn’t have time to go anywhere else, wasted my entire lunch driving, waiting, driving back to work. I could tell the employees didn’t care about my time or frustration.
This location has gone downhill the last few months. I’ll try the other one across town from now on.

You guys suck. I’ve gone through the drive-thru here and had multiple incorrect orders. I’m disabled so I can’t just up and go speak to someone at the front counter. Today I asked for a hot caramel macchiato and a sausage egg McMuffin. I received a cold coffee and a McMuffin without an egg.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s. The food is consistent. The service was uncharacteristically slow, but they were swamped. Being the evening before Thanksgiving, everyone was out doing last-minute shopping. Many -including us- decided just to grab some fast food on the way home. The staff tried to keep up, but they were run ragged. Still, they did their best. The food was decent. The fries were excellent. Hot, fresh, and tasty, they made the meal.

I’ve been a regular customer at this location for years, and I’ve always tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I’ve reached the point where I can no longer stay silent. Every single visit (without exception) results in some kind of mistake.
Just a few days ago, I specifically asked the drive-thru employee if everything was in the bag. He shrugged and said nothing. I pulled forward, checked the order, and discovered it was an entirely different customer’s food.
Today I went inside. The advertised Grinch meal was already out of stock (disappointing, but understandable). What is not understandable is that I ordered a plain hamburger—an option that literally appears on your menu—only to get home and find every topping imaginable on it. I didn’t check the sandwich in-store because the restaurant was nearly empty and I (foolishly) assumed basic competence on something as simple as “plain.”
This location consistently demonstrates an unacceptable lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and outright indifference toward getting orders right. Being in a small town is not an excuse for repeatedly failing at the most fundamental aspects of fast food service. Customers in this community deserve far better than this.
I’m extremely disappointed and, frankly, tired of wasting my money here. Serious improvement is needed.

I go to McDonald’s a lot. It’s my comfort restaurant. However this location clearly lacks effective training for their staff. Basic things like how to ring up a bogo sandwich deal for doing the survey and making sure all orders get all of their items are basic skills. And yet almost every person who ordered had to come back up because they had items missing from their order.

I would give zero stars if I could, but I can’t anyways I ordered from doordash are doordasher picked up the order then dropped it and stole all my food, so they told me that they would remake it we got 4 cheeseburgers and and 4 hot and spicys a drink and a frappe. We had to wait 45 minutes for them to remake it and when it showed up there was only 1 cheeseburger, 1 hot and spicy and are drink so we were still missing 3 cheeseburgers and 3 hot and spicys and a frappe. We got some credit for are missing orders and called them and said they would remake it all. So an hour and a half later the order shows up with 1 cheeseburger and the frappe, all orders were sealed and weren’t messed with by the other 2 doordashers this McDonald’s just didn’t want to make all the food over again I guess
