I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers at the drive thru, expecting to pay about $9 bucks and change. At first window, I was charged $7 and change. Can we say training issue?
Next time, ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. Paid about $5 bucks (normal). Pickup window, employee looks at me funny and says “Hey”. I say hey back and we look at each other for a moment. He asks “Can I help you” and I just look at him. He looks at me, looks toward the car that just pulled out then back at me and says did you have an order? I told him yeah. 2 double cheeseburgers. He got an “OH My God!” Look on his face, looked up at the order board (I thought he was gonna poop himself!) And tells me “Just on3 second” and slams the window. Maybe 30 seconds later a lady handed a bag to me and said thank you — have a nice day. I drove away with 2 fresh double cheeseburgers.

It was a drive through only, no way to go in, you order on the mobile app and then pick up your order in the drive through. I’ve never seen any McD’s like this. Must have been a Covid thing that stayed around after. We didn’t even order, just went to Maverick instead.

Over the last few months I have had some rough experiences here, tonight takes the cake though. We go to curbside delivery and wait about 5 to 10 minutes before they bring us out two completely wrong orders for other people.
It then took another 20 minutes for them to finally get us our food but with a catch. The pies we ordered? Apparently we have to wait another 12 minutes if we want those. The Fries you ordered? Were going to downsize you even though you paid for large. Not to mention half of it had clearly been sitting there THE WHOLE TIME we were waiting as it had the right tags. While they served 10 other people ahead of us.
Not coming here later at night anymore. Nobody seems to know whats going on.

McDonald’s has amazing food, exceptional service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Every dish was packed with flavor and served with genuine care. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time!

The door says 6:00 a.m. I was at the door around 7:15 a.m. yesterday and the door was still locked. my app reflects the same hours as what is on the door; the hours are clearly wrong. Be aware of this when you’re ordering with your app as only the drive-thru is open that early in the morning. I am hoping that management will fix this issue.

The food is terrible even as some would define a fast food place.I guess the servers are usually distracted often frustrated with you as a customer for not being able to understand their language and often too often more.So than i’ve ever seen, they get food wrong.Missing something, and they don’t really do a lot to correct that it’s not a place.I enjoy going. And they are forever parking you off to the side to wait for twenty minutes.Even if nobody’s there, it’s not a lunch rush or anything.They just need to get their numbers right.

Absolutely disgusting looking kitchen. Ordered food in the driveway threw was told to park 8 cars down and wait. Waited over 30 minutes while other people got food and left. Went inside asked for food or refund. Manager didn’t even talk to me just put in for a refund. Food was stacked so high it was falling on the floor. This place is a health hazard no way would I eat there.

I ordered 4 mc doubles, two with extra pickles. Of the 4 only 1 had more than 2 pickles and that same burger was the only one with onions and mustard. All the others were 1-2 pickles, no onions and only ketchup.

Stopped 2 days ago to grab a quick bite. Worker’s were super friendly, like everyone in this town. But I asked for mac sauce on a double cheese burger and they didn’t put it on (workers in the kitchen weren’t paying attention) Fries were cold from sitting too long. Chicken nuggets were hard. Buns a little stale. Was not impressed and hoping it was just a fluke day. Hopefully next time it’s better and I can change my review. They crushed it on the extra pickles though!
