I LOVE coming to this location! Quick service and fresh food! Especially the fries!! So fresh it almost burns your mouth if your not careful! My husband and I always make sure to go to this location if we’re in the area! It can’t be beat! We always do a mobile pickup and go thru the drive thru and never have any problems! If you’re in need of a quick easy comfort cheeseburger and fries or some nuggets, this location will make anyone happy!

I come here more often than I should on my way to work because it’s convenient. The ladies in the Drive-Thru are always very friendly and the food always tastes fresh. I took the kids out for breakfast yesterday morning and we had a pleasant experience. The food was great and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean and organized. This is probably the best McDonald’s in Utah. And I’ve been to a lot of them. Kudos to the staff and management.

I went through the drive thru and had the pleasure of getting my order taken by a sweet gal named Amber. She was so patient and so polite. Her voice was seriously made for customer service! The staff at this location is by far the best staff at any McDonald’s I’ve been to. They are always friendly and provide great service. The food is always fresh (as fresh as a McDonald’s can be). If I’m getting something from McDonald’s, I’ll usually go out of my way to go to this location because the staff does such a great job.

Usually I love coming to this location. When I place an order on the app or go through the drive through the food is always fresh and tastes amazing! WELL NOT TODAY! Placed a pickup order number 1983 and chose one of the number stalls for them to bring out my order. My phone confirmed the order and when I pulled into stall 1 I put in my stall in the curbside procedure on the app. Nobody was there at the location so I thought it would be quick and easy for them to bring out my food. After WAITING 20 min and still no employee in sight I went inside to see what is going on. I was greeted and was told it was in curbside “stage” after confirming everything was done correctly I was given my almost 30min old food and melted Sunday. None of which wasn’t replaced for fresh even the completely melted ice cream sundae. So word of advice for ANYONE don’t use the pickup curbside on the app! Don’t plan on using it EVER again.

Honestly, this is the most consistent fast food joint I’ve been to in the many states I’ve lived/visited over the years (I’ll never be too cool for a McDonald’s breakfast, y’all). They are efficient and the food is always fresh. The staff is always pleasant, and I don’t think I’ve ever gotten an order that was incorrect. They always impress.

I was missing more than half of my food. I went back to the counter so ask for my items I purchased, because I ordered food for all of my employees. The girl then proceeded to tell me I was lying. I spent 30 on food and I am definitely not a liar. I let her open the bag and look for herself. She put her bare hands in my bag and moved my food around to check my order, which was DISGUSTING! I also specifically ordered sandwiches around monopoly and did not get 1 monopoly sticker. VERY dissatisfied with this location and their staff. They are all ignorant.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I ordered 35 waters and waited over 20 minutes without receiving a single one. During that time, there was no communication or update whatsoever. I eventually went up to the front to ask for assistance, and despite standing there, no one acknowledged me or came to help.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that this is not a one-time issue. This same lack of urgency, communication, and basic customer service seems to happen every time I come here. I plan my time around these orders, and repeatedly being ignored is unacceptable.
Waiting that long for a simple order, especially without any acknowledgment, shows a serious breakdown in service. I expect much better, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this experience was a complete waste of time.

I’ve eaten in so many McDonald’s across the United States that it’s almost embarrassing to admit this one is by far in my opinion the best I’ve ever been to. Good location. They don’t lock you out of the bathroom. Staff is friendly place is clean. Best Big Mac I’ve ever eaten. Fresh food, hot. I recommended if you passing through South Ogden on Harrison and 5700 South.
