This experience was so bad! We ran to McDonald to get some quick food to take home. Big mistake. My husband got back with the food but we were missing all the fries and sauces. He had asked before he left if he had everything and was assured he did. So back he went to get the forgotton food. The worker wanted him to take the cold fries that were in the bag still on the counter by drive through. While he was still there we discovered that the chicken sandwiches were all spicy, which we hadn’t ordered. So something else he had to wait for. We won’t bother with McDonalds in Hyrum again.

ALWAYS check your quarter pounders before eating them from this location. This is the third time I have gotten one that was not cooked all the way. Think it’s just safer not to order it at this point.

Their fries tend to be consistently better then a lot of the others, though it still gets a lot of the issues that McDonald’s in general gets. Better then average McDonald’s.

we showed up at the drive-thru at approximately 10:00 p.m. there was still an hour to go.nobody came to the speaker and when we slowly drove by the window to see if someone was there they turned off a light and were in a group talking. nor will we be in the future.

visited this place once to feed my kids and let them play on the soft play area. The floor was littered with garbage, including food boxes, wrappers, and empty cups. The employees appeared to be high school students. When I approached the front counter to order, there were about four employees standing there, engrossed in their phones and unwilling to assist me. After I finally received help, I sat down and observed an entire ice cream melting on the ground while these teenage employees simply stepped over it. They never cleaned anything the whole hour I was there. It stank and the floor was so sticky.
