Ok…so one might ask: “Why bother with a Google review at McDonald’s?” Fair question. Wasn’t planning on it, but then had some really friendly service that I wanted to call out. Seems this location has struggled a bit with customer service (reading all the other reviews)…so figured I’d share some love here for the friendly staff that helped us out. We had a couple of small issues with our order and they fixed things quickly and did it with a smile.

As for the food…well, it’s McD’s. So it’s average. You know that going into it. But I will say they have the VERY BEST Diet Coke!! Scientifically proven!!

We brought our grandkids here for the Play Place. Probably the only reason we would come. Otherwise it would be drive thru for the Diet Coke!!

And then, of course, there is breakfast at McD’s! It’s almost like rating an entirely different restaurant! Hard to beat an Egg McMuffin with Sausage.

Honestly McDonald’s has always been my go to for a quick bite when life gets a little busy. Whether this be in lobby, drive thru, or doordash. We generally always get quick service (yes there are times that it is very busy).
There are some employees that stand out above the others, they are fast, friendly, and trying hard to have things go smoothly. Bret the GM is a hard worker, and I feel he is doing his best to keep the store running with the best service possible. Morning shift employee Isaiah is quick, generally always has a smile, and is friendly to work with. Nick that works day shift is a strong worker and will generally help with anything I ask for when in lobby. Night shift Kenton is fast, always working hard, and answers any questions asked.
There are others that I do also feel do a good job like Levi, Brock, Lucy, Chandler, Shambria, Miguel, Juana, Connor, Tyson, and Logan.
The food is and has been the same for many years. I do however miss the healthier side of McDonald’s when they had their salad line, it was a great selection for a quick but healthy bite. I do enjoy their french fries, unsalted (sometimes they are a bit to salty). Breakfast is the best by far with the Sausage McMuffin with egg, and a cold diet coke.
Just in general, thank you for doing a great job, working hard, and always trying your best. Some customers need to remember that even though it is fast food, if you want your orders to be correct and fresh, patience is a virtue.

The last several times we’ve eaten here, I’ve upgraded my meal to a large, and each time the large fries have been only about half full. On top of that, they’re usually cold and taste old. This has happened consistently, not just once.

If fries need to be cooked fresh, I would much rather wait a few extra minutes than be served soggy, stale ones. Receiving a half-filled container of cold fries when paying for a large is unacceptable.

Quality control at this location clearly needs improvement. I strongly recommend that customers check their bags before leaving the drive-thru. I’m sure if you asked them to fill the fries all the way, they would be happy to — I just always forget to check before I leave.

That said, the crisp Dr Pepper is always on point.

Ask for no cheese when I ordered. Confirmed no cheese at the window (they had no idea I said no cheese). Got cheese anyway. I knew I should have checked it before pulling away, they got me. $14 down the drain.

Update: I called and they picked up and immediately hung up the phone.

Suffice to say, I will never go to this location again. Whoever is shift managing this place is really blowing it.

I do not like the new updated McDonald’s decor. It’s cold and sterile. Nor do I like having to ask for a refill on soda. That being said the service was good. The food arrived timely, at the proper temperature, and as ordered. The dining area and the restroom were clean.

I got yelled at told told not to order thru the drive thru because I had 4 kids saying what their order was. She told me to keep them quiet when I had them call out their orders one at a time. And she got the orders wrong. They spoke clear English! They had me pull up twice. She couldn’t get the smoothies right! But it wasn’t a long wait. Just had to explain 3 times. And then the kids decided not to order food cuz she couldn’t get the smoothies right now the kids meal.

Placed a delivery order this morning (DURING breakfast hours), and after an hour of getting several messages from different door dash drivers but never a delivery, we went into the lobby to see what was going on. We had already been charged but they refused to make the food since it now, was no longer within breakfast hours. The worker went to get a manager to figure out what to do about the charge/ a refund due to refusal of making or providing the food that was ordered and paid for. The manager came up and was immediately nasty. The facial expressions, tone, head bobbing and saying “you’ll be fine”, VERY CHILDISH!! We had no intent of arguing or fighting and we were very calm and understanding considering how most people would be in this situation. She was very belligerent, unprofessional and extremely arrogant for this situation. She made a fool of herself and someone who acts that immature, should not hold any type of leadership title. This was uncalled for and unprofessional. The place itself already is hanging on by a thread and can’t keep staffing, maybe the childish management and leadership assigned to this store needs to be reevaluated for many reasons.

Usually I’m very conservative and quiet when it comes to fast food orders when they mess up and let it slide, the service was alright, however our food tasted soggy n old like it was sitting out from a previous order. Our fries tasted like they dropped them hours ago. On top of that all 3 of my fries were under filled. I shouldn’t have to go back in and ask for my fries to be correctly filled. I’d say if you want better food the first time driving a town over would be the better option! Do better please!
