Anytime I ask for my food fresh they have an attitude. 90% of the time they don’t even make it fresh. I ask for extra sauce (god forbid) and it’s the end of the world. Fries are never full. Jesus’s sister in the back window is always super kind. But whoever you have presenting has an attitude problem. I come here for food not sass. With the amount of money I spend here you guys will be taking a huge loss by me going elsewhere. 2 stars because I like the food when it’s actually cooked fresh.

I am writing to report a very concerning experience I had at your location during a recent visit. I was working at the time and sitting in my car with my client when this incident occurred.

I redeemed a free McChicken through the app and ordered two Hot ’N Spicy sandwiches (no mayo, add cheese) and a McDouble with no pickles. While checking my order, I noticed that the McChicken I had redeemed was missing. I brought this to the attention of the employee at the drive-thru window and was told it would cost an additional $2.16.

I showed my receipt to explain that the item had already been redeemed. At this point, a short Hispanic female employee with braces and blonde hair became argumentative. The interaction escalated unnecessarily, and the drive-thru window was shut in my face. I felt intimidated, especially as multiple employees became involved, making the situation feel hostile.

What is most concerning is that the manager on duty witnessed this interaction and did not intervene, de-escalate the situation, or correct the employees’ behavior. No customer—especially one who is working and accompanied by a client—should feel threatened or disrespected in this manner.

This behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about employee conduct, customer safety, and management oversight. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed, addressed appropriately, and that corrective action be taken to prevent this from happening again.

As a West Valley native I quite literally grew up going to this location. Recently had a little error where I had points to redeem a free ice cream cone but had multiple other desserts in my order. My ice cream cone was forgotten BUT the cookies were all fresh, soda crisp as always and customer service was friendly per usual. Ricardo, the manager, was apologetic and quick to make it right! Going above and beyond, I’m so grateful!

How do you get “Diet Coke” from “Dr pepper”??! I hate this place, better to just go to Wendy’s or the McDonald’s on airport road (even though they’re slow). This one has also gotten into the habit of having every single car pull up to the side even if there is no line and you’re just waiting for two minutes.

We waited for quite some time in line at the drive threw. Then finally got to the girl taking our order. She kept having us wait, and then talking to someone else, and then having yo reset our order. After literally the 3rd time we decided to just go inside. We went inside, ordered it took anothet half an hour, they gave my son cheeseburger with pickles but he asked for no pickles. They also gave me a big Mac, but I ordered a quarter pounder. I drove back and asked for a refund for the whole meal. The lady said she would refund my quarter pounder, but not the whole meal. I live roughly 15 minutes away. I had already wasted a whole hour inside of the mcdonalds before I got home, but she wasn’t having it. I gave het the food that I dodnt order, didnt get my refund and left. Take my 15 bucks mcdonalds. Ill will do my very best to avoid eating at your establishments in the future.

I tried to give them another try and once again used the mobile app and still waited 30 min. On top of that order was still wrong. Never want to go to his McDonald’s location again. Other locations miss items also but this one almost 90 percent they are either slow or miss items.

I’ve consistently encountered unfriendly and rude behavior from the staff during my visits, which makes me feel very unwelcome. I work hard all day, and when I come into an establishment that I’m spending my hard-earned money at, I expect at least a basic level of courtesy and respect.

Today, I said “thank you” and “I really appreciate it” when my order was brought to my table — only to be met with an attitude like I’d somehow done something wrong. That really upset me. This isn’t the first time either — it’s the second time I’ve experienced poor service and rude behavior at this location.

Simple acts of politeness, like holding the door for someone, seem to be too much to expect here. At this point, I’m honestly not surprised anymore, but it’s disappointing. I shouldn’t feel disrespected for being polite and showing appreciation.

I know it’s McDonald’s. I ordered a hamburger extra pickles extra mustard. I got a hamburger no pickles no mustard no ketchup just a patty and bread. Everything else was ok but come on it was a hamburger. The hamburgler can do a better job.

I picked up some food after work for my kids. When I got home they missed one of the two orders I paid for. I called and spoke to Gabriel, he said come back and get your sandwich but never apologized. He offered to give me a large fry. I came back through the line again and told the same story to two people and none of them ever apologized for messing up my order and made me drive back in the cold. I got home and the sandwich is fine but the large fry carton had a small fry size …. Lol. What a treat!!! I’m done doing business with you.

I had a really horrible experience at McDonald’s that made me not want to ever return here or support them again — including the Ronald McDonald’s charities.

I came in to fix an order that was suppose to have two 10 piece chicken nuggets and 2 large fries in a code i redeemed, the lady said show me the receipt and i showed her my receipt and she immediately said she couldn’t fix my order.
She went to back and started speaking about me in Spanish I have the whole thing one video. Then she said I had no permission to record her and that she wouldnt be fixing my order , lil did she know I spoke fluent Spanish she disrespected me in Spanish, the Hispanic gangster with the vest that works with her also said threating things as I walked out of the store with my 4 year old in the car waiting for me. I will be coming in tomorrow morning to personally tell the day shift or store owner over this matter and will be uploading the video on social media so everyone can see how they treated me over 10 nuggets I paid for. if mcdonalds employees can threaten customer as they are leaving the store, then ill be taking my daughter and my business elsewhere. Everything was recorded and will be on social media
