We are regulars to this location. They don’t have the drink machines available for self service customer refills. Apparently for our convenience ? Then there isnt anyone manning the front counters to grab your cup to refill it either. Probably for our convenience again. That’s what McDonald’s states anyway. The food came out hot and correct. Although we had to guess which order was ours since the kiosks never have paper to print out our order numbers. McDonald’s has really lost sight of who their customer is and what they want. No thank you, we’ll go elsewhere where things are convenient for us, NOT THEM.

I have ordered the big breakfast with steak 6 times now via online order and curbside pickup through the app, and yall have messed up that order 6 times now. Yall keep giving me sausage instead of steak, which I pay more for. Why? Do you just not care? It seems more personal at this point, like you see its my order coming through and diligently ensure that my order is incorrect. Its beyond ridiculous. 6 times in a row yall have messed it up. Any accountability at all? Any? Any pride in your work? Any at all?

Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. The customer service is non-existent, and the staff carries the worst energy I’ve ever encountered—everyone has a massive attitude.
Every time I use my app here, the personnel somehow steals my rewards points; they vanish from my account without being applied to my order. When we dined in, the manager was intentionally spiteful. She looked us dead in the eye, placed our food on a completely different table across the room, said, “Here you go,” and just walked off.
To make matters worse, they are price gouging. The menu clearly lists the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes for $6.00, yet they charged me $10.19. On top of the overcharging, there is always a problem with the order, and the facility is filthy. They clearly do not clean, and the food has upset our stomachs multiple times. Save your money and your health—go literally anywhere else.

I had to make 2 trips to this McDonald’s,
when I got back home from the first trip I noticed a sandwich was wrong. I ordered a McGriddle and I got an English muffin, so I go back polite, respectfully and tell the lady on the drive-thru speaker, “hi, I was just here but I got this instead of that” she says to pull through.
The manager comes to the window, I tell her the scenario, she smiles at me with a condescending smile and tells me she needs to replace the sandwich that went out for me to get the correct sandwich. I proceeded to tell her, that never happens, food that goes out never returns. She says when you leave you need to check your bag… pull forward. I pull forward and get out my car and watch my food being made, and a worker is preparing buns, bacon, and cheese with her barehands and she used the tongs for the eggs.
When I tell the manager she walks away. Tells the lady in Spanish to put gloves on. Comes back to argue more. I tell her calm not like the McRib lady, I didn’t come to make your day hard, I know I probably frustrated you when my phone wasn’t unlocking my card but I didn’t try to waste your time or be a pain.

It really makes a difference when you have a positive experience early in the morning. Juana created a positive experience for me and I give my thanks. My order was out fast and was really good as well. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed through the drive thru and it was still a quick visit where I had great customer service and my order was accurate. I will always share my thanks and give a good review when I can. I have had too many bad experiences at other stores so I feel it is good to use whatever opportunity I can to leave a good review. None of the deluxe works in here. If you order a deluxe they will give you a regular one with no tomatoes or anything that its supposed to be in it. You will pay extra for them to give you a regular one. Plus they gave me a spicy one which I hate spicy. And the chicken was burnt.

Food is what you expect at McDonalds. They got our orders wrong but when you come in at lunch on a weekend, I can be understanding of mistakes. What is absolutely ridiculous is the fact that we had a soda spill in the play place. So we went to the front to talk about the spill to get it cleaned up. It was a very large spill and there were kids running around. This is a very clear safety risk. What is their solution? To give us, the customer, a mop and have us clean up the mess. We even had to go back and get the safety cones! Absolutely not acceptable. Yes, we caused the mess. However, I wonder what McDonald’s HQ would feel about a branch making customers perform janitorial duties? Ridiculous.

Had do edit my 5 star review.

This is not an exaggeration.. They have LITERALLY messed up our order 5 out of the last 6 times we’ve gone. Hard to fathom, I know. But it’s a real thing.

Now we’re at like 7/10. I don’t know how it’s so hard to not put cheese on a hamburger when it clearly says “no American cheese” on the burger wrapper itself. Mind boggling.

I wonder if this place is under new management. I’ve been here before many times and it’s just a McDonald’s. You know run-of-the-mill McDonald’s service, however this time was different. The store was very clean and the service was excellent. Didn’t have to wait long for my food and when I got it it was fresh.

When I was leaving I couldn’t believe it, an employee who was going out to deliver food stopped and waited for me to hold the door. This is not your typical McDonald’s behavior so good on you guys.
