Shift manager was an absolute beast. I had to ask 6 times very loudly to pay for my order when the kiosk was down and it was an absolute chore for her to walk ten steps to the register to do this for me. The ice machine was not giving ice and she rolled her eyes when I wanted ice for my cup then proceeded to stomp away and almost threw the ice into my cup with so much attitude it radiated off of her. It was absolute garbage customer service. I expect more from a manager even one who just works at McDs.

This facility is simply filthy! The entire dining area was beyond imagination and the women’s bathroom was unimaginable! We had no choice but to get food for our grandkids but I am off McDonalds forever! Today was the last straw for how far McDonalds has deteriorated. We actually drove our grands back to the movie theaters to use their bathrooms!

1879 E. 4800 S SLC Ut. They do not fill their fry boxes all the way. When I order a large it is one half way full. You pay for a large and get a small in a lg box. They rip people off. This happenes 98% of the time. A large fry is a lot of money considering.

*Update!!!*This location has consistently gotten worse. My most recent visit will definitely be my last. The burgers weren’t edible and were comparable to hockey pucks. I give it one star only because I can’t give it zero! ☹️
