Can’t get a order right 40 piece nugget only 23 don’t know how you can’t count to 40 and Grinch socks sold out told me to come back and come back some more till the promotion ran out and then the woman who took my order treated me like it wasy fault like I wanted something for nothing or lying about the situation have never felt so belittled in all my life and the worst part is she was a manager what happened to the world where the can just tell us to go home and treat honest hard working people like crap when I told others said just the way she is rude and mean. So nowadays the managers are the standard when in food it was always the customer and I personally will not be back for a while maybe never.

Absolutely terrible experience. We waited over 20 minutes for just four items from the VALUE menu, which is already unacceptable. We were asked to pull forward, and then we were completely forgotten about. We finally just walked inside, and when we asked about our order, the manager claimed she “didn’t see it” and then outright accused us of not paying. We had the receipt and showed it to her.
While we were standing there, four other customers came in at different times saying they were given the wrong order. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff repeatedly pointed fingers at the customers and blamed them for the mistakes. At first, one employee apologized and said people were new, which would have been understandable, but that quickly turned into rudeness and false accusations.
The lack of organization, accountability, and basic customer service was shocking. Being accused of not paying when you have proof in hand is ridiculous. This was chaotic, rude, and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I was grateful that the ice cream was working. Unfortunately it seems that the shake machine doesn’t work because there was oreo at top and at bottom and a massive hole in the middle but nothing was mixed. The fries we grease logged, and the fried chicken looked and tasted like it had stayed in the fryer too long. I was really disappointed. I usually avoid the golden arches so I was hoping to be surprised by a great experience which ended up being a solid reason why I usually go elsewhere.

The new setup in all mcdonalds is terrible. Everyone just hides behind the wall and helps no one up front. I almost posted a 2 minute video with ppl just waiting in front for help. Employee just walked away from me. Twice then yelled at me as she walked away a 3rd time how she’s busy and she’s not walking away. But it seems the new norm at mcdonalds since they changed the layout. Out of sight out of mind. They hide in back then in drive throughs have you pull in a spot and wait. This one for sure but all mcdonalds have gone SERIOUSLY downhill. Fast was one of the only perks

This place is horrible. Smells bad from all the homeless hanging out inside. Cramped area for eating, tons of day workers hanging outside. If you like that kind of atmosphere, then this is the place for you. Stay away of you have kids or a family, do the drive through only. Quite messy, sticky and stinky. While I give full respect to the day workers who are willing to jump into a truck and give 110 percent enthusiasm , and being homeless is not a crime, there is place for homeless individuals to hang out and get help, just not crowding out a small fast food place.

Breakfast of champions, bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with coffee and hash brown water for filling. Parking lot was half full lobby was clean nice and greeted quickly. Young lady took my order and it was out within a minute or two my meal was correct precise on time and delicious. Thank you all.

Pulled up to the drive through at 11:35 PM and said they were closed even though the hours say they’re open until 1:00 AM. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time.
Updated December 30th 2025: this location will charge you a La carte instead of getting you combo meals. I asked for a large snack wrap meal, thinking that’s what I was getting. Nope, I got one snack wrap for $2.99, a large fry for $3.85, and a large Coke for $1.39. Was expecting two snack wraps, since that’s what the combo advertises. When someone asks for a meal, you should probably give them the meal deal. Scammers.

I’m a regular here, and all the staff are lovely, but my experience with the manager has been negative. My order was incorrect, and even though I’m always friendly with staff as they are with me, but the manager treats me rudely and rolled her eyes at me when I kindly said my order was incorrect, telling me it wasn’t? I appreciate the kind person who caught the mistake and brought out the coffee I ordered, but the manager is rude to me even though I come here every day. And on Christmas Eve, too?
