I was going to McDonalds in City Creek for the last 6 weeks because it was closest to my house. I ordered a large Americano every time. I started wondering why my espresso NEVER had the creama on top like all the other McDonald’s ♀️
I’m not sure if the machine they have does not work properly or is it because they don’t clean it every day like the other McDonald’s
Needless to say I won’t go to City Creek for my Americano anymore, so sad
I drive the 30 minute drive to Woods Cross McDonald’s to get a great cup of espresso every time(pictured on the right )

We are here about a week ago, my son went up to ask for water and he was told he can’t just give him water he has to buy something. Since when do you have to pay for water? Or purchase something to get a water. We did buy food, we got 3 happy meals.

The manager at this location is very rude and has zero customer service skills. She took one look at me and thought because I had a backpack (to carry my laptop) with me and a blanket wrapped around me (because I get cold easy) that I am homeless and she said I had to leave right as I was ordering my food. Since I did buy something she said I could stay however she called the cops on me and had me trespassed from the property.

The quality of the food is good but when I asked for a drink refill on my diet coke I was told they don’t do that. Shack shack, Chick-fil-A, and Popeyes all do drink refills right next to them. Isn’t that a staple of fast food? I should say they were still very nice about it.

Didn’t give us our sauces, and we said unsweetened tea, they didn’t inform us they don’t have it and automatically gave us sweetened tea, upgraded the size and charged us more without our consent nor knowledge. It’s not a big deal for us but it’s very unprofessional. Please hire actual English speakers.

I wanted to leave a positive review for the employees who have been working the morning weekday shift for the past 1+ years, as I have been coming nearly daily for my early lunch break. They work hard, they are consistent and accurate, I appreciate their professional demeanor and the fact that they remember and friendly acknowledge who I am, as I come by so frequently for pick-up orders. There is a woman who wears a grey polo which leads me to believe that she is the morning manager, and I always see her hustling and crushing it. She refers to me by my name when she sees me come for my pickups, and my orders are always accurate, fresh and tasty. Thank you kindly to the morning McDee’s staff, you guys are doing a great job and it is appreciated! -Tess (and to the fellow reviewer displeased by their denial of a refill, you ask what fast food restaurant doesn’t provide refills… well, ones located within a downtown city mall surrounded by homeless individuals who will grab a cup out of the garbage in order to receive a free drink. You must not come here much. )

I don’t understand the 3.3 star review. 5 stars, all the way. They got my food out quickly, despite there being over a metric ton of people in line. My burger was delicious, my orange Hi-C was the correct color, and the dining hall had enough chairs to accommodate me. Let’s get that rating above 3.3, everyone!
