Made an online order tonight went all the way down and got the food once I got home realized they had forgotten part of my order. Could not get anybody to answer the phone. So I did load, my kids back up, went back down to the store to get them to fix it. I sat at the counter for 10 minutes as everybody ignored me. And 3 or four people walked by me. Acknowledged me and just kept walking completely ignored me. The manager nonetheless, that was there just now at 8:12 PM. At night was completely ignorant, treated me as if I was completely lying over 2 cheeseburgers. That they forgot for my kids made me pull up my app when my app didn’t match the time that she said it was made me search. My emails for a receipt to prove it. And then yelled at me saying that it is her job to make Improve that they forgot something. The hospitality at this mcdonald’s is by far the worst i’ve ever seen every time I come here.They treat you horribly.They never ever like to fix mistakes. It’s beyond sickening that this place reflects that you get what you pay for!!

If you use the drive thru be aware that the app doesn’t work very well, you will see that the app states the order is good, “butt” the order did not work the confusion is frustrating. If you order in side the app will work properly. The drive thru atentand is not at fault it’s just the app, please don’t take it out on the atentand.

I’ve been picking up breakfast for myself & 3 co workers about 3x per week over the last couple of months & not once has my order been wrong – which says a lot as the McDonalds near my house gets my order right about 75% of the time.

This place is absolutely garbage. The staff hardly speaks any English, they’re constantly giving wrong orders, they have almost any no lack of customer service. Their drive through sucks and more times than not, you’re waiting ridiculous times for your order. We’ve all been to bad fast food locations but this place tops them all that I’ve been to

I got my snack wrap and it was very delicious and the workers are very friendly and kind and smells amazing in there. Also the wait time makes complete sense considering how people order here and they always deliver it hot and ready, which makes me happy.

Every single time I go to this location they are extremely slow and ALWAYS get the order wrong, im actuality sick and tired of the mornings breakfast staff they can’t comprehend anything or understand anything I sat there for five minutes today on the intercom, repeating myself telling this lady I did not want a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin and I just wanted a sausage McMuffin sat there for five minutes until she got the order right on the screen. Then when I get my food, they give me an egg ham and cheese McMuffin! I DONT EAT EGG OR HAM And they gave me two of them when I didn’t order two I ordered one sausage McMuffin meal. NOT 2 EGG HAM AND CHEESE This location is a disgrace and the people that work there need to be fired They’re stupid! I’m not kidding THE PAST 6 TIMES ive came here they have gotten my order wrong and its ALWAYS breakfast, the breakfast staff seriously needs help AND THE STAFF IS HOSTILE WHEN THERRE THE ONES WHO CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT IM SAYING AND THY GET MAD AT ME FOR IT!?!! Terrible experience. I waited and instead of a greeting I was met with “what do you want”. The lady handing food to cars didn’t have gloves and she gave me extra fries and took back the apple slices as I ordered extra fries and no apple slices but she said no to exchanging toys. That’s weird. She was rude about it as well. I’ve not really had good experiences at this McDonald’s.
