The hours online are not accurate. It is advertised on their own door that the lobby is open until 11 pm. Walked up at 10:40 and the doors were locked even though people were inside. If you want to close your lobby early then advertise as such. Don’t promise certain hours online AND on your door just to lock it 20/30 mins early.

While I normally don’t take much effort to review fast food joints I am a little compelled to discuss an attempt to grab dinner last night after having a long day from our local McDonalds which we have been coming to for 15 year- Ordered on the app, pushed the button while approaching the drive thru and that’s where the nonsense started. Multiple cars not moving, waiting and waiting in my line while drive thru #1 was cleared and was just pushing thru cars ahead while leaving us just parked in lane 3 # – Finally got to confirm my order # and then back into the line of cars not moving- customers confused trying to communicate with new staff was causing lots of issues and I get not every day will be perfect but come on – So finally onto pickup window # 2 and of course just told to drive around and park @ # 3- Which is never a good sign. More waiting and waiting for simple order – 2 burgers/2 Fries and Mcnuggets –
More waiting and not seeing anyone else getting food I was going to just walk in and see what might be taking so long- I entered the building and it looks like they had just completed renovations to turn the lobby into a full on detention center- Dreadful place and just surprised they hadn’t installed prison bars and doors but maybe that’s next ?
Finally got a guy to approach the customer detention portal who told me my order was now being delivered to the car which I was not currently in. I rush outside to not see anyone but hear commotion from a car next to me plowing through a bag saying they got the wrong order. How hard is it to deliver a bag to a car that’s parked correctly in stall # 3 ?
So now a parking lot conversation in the dark with a helpful employee but totally new with a bit of a language barrier, she gets an off/site manager on the phone who tries to fix the situation but after 30 minutes of nonsense. I was not ready to endure any more waiting and waiting- Asked for a refund, provided all contact info and as of today have heard nothing.
This place is going on long/term probation – Bummer

The food was made just right, but it felt like I was ordering from a factory. The machine I had to order through didn’t print a receipt or show a number long enough to copy down. It used to be so much easier to tell a person my order.

Incredibly long wait times and it is impossible to get anyone to come to the counter to unlock the bathroom door. Just waited 20 mins for an icecream cone. Terrible.

I appreciate this McDonald’s decision to close access to their dining area and play place. Shows a serious understanding of the current Covid situation. I appreciate that. They have adjusted and now provide delivery, pickup, and have made the app super easy to use. I will return. Highly recommended.

They have some employees that are not allowing customers to charge a phone or anything they are intentionally turning off the power from the wall so nobody can use it sometimes! I saw other they that they are putting a recorded audio saying they were going to call the cops but nobody was doing anything in there for they call the cops.

Always ask for fries with no salt then a salt packet. It is the only way to get fresh fries no matter how else you ask.

I ordered breakfast from this location and these people could t manage to get it together and make the order. The door dash driver was waiting for over 30 minutes while these employees were doing who knows what. I ended up having to cancel my order for my and my son because we were waiting for close to an hour for our food. I’m very disappointed with the service and will not spend money here again.

Forgot my sandwich that was clearly stated on receipt & confirmed at the window to pay, didn’t acknowledge my presence when I walked inside, I just ended up leaving hungry. I generally am very understanding as I work at a restaurant myself, but this was unacceptable.
