When I was ordering through drive through I was with my friends and we were telling the lady who was taking our order what we wanted but didn’t even get finish our order before she cut us off and told us to drive forward. She had said, “Is that all?” And then said less than a second later to drive forward even though we didn’t say anything and when we did it was too late and no on was there. So I had to drive forward and say we didn’t get to finish our order. The lady there fixed it for us but then when we got our food they forgot one of our items. This was overall a very frustrating, and rage inducing experience. My disappointment is immeasurable and my lunch is ruined.

THE BEST TIME TO COME HERE IS AFTER MIDNIGHT. Because that’s when Jason is working. We love jason, he’s always polite and funny and gives us the best service each & every time and is the reason we always return to this location. Shout out to you Jason!

This is the closets one to our home. They are always forgetting an item from our order. Anytime, an item is missed.We always have to go down and grab it instead of being helped out the window. The good looks and tastes old. Clearly the staff does not care or has no knowledge of customer service.

Gave our order to the customer in front of us. Questioned them, said we were wrong. Then proceeded to give us the incorrect order. Order behind us had 5 drinks, we had 2, proceeded to give us those. We declined as incorrect. Had the driver behind us pull ahead of us, gave a bag to them that might hold 2 burgers. When asked, automatic no. To my surprise we got the wrong order and the driver in front of us also went inside to correct. Zero accountability.

Worst is the experience ever here sat here at the drive-through by the speaker for over five minutes nobody answered then proceeded to the window and the manager that’s working tonight. Proceeds tell me that I have to go back through the line in the line behind me now has gotten extremely long and she refuses to let me just order one. I sat at the speaker for five minutes, and nobody answered there was nobody in front of me. Worst customer service ever.

Truly appreciate the staff at this location. They went above and beyond and helped me out so my son was able to have McDonalds early while in the hospital… they helped with how the rules for him due to treatment of cancer… and helped put a smile on his face .. Thank you Emily and the late night crew for going above and beyond to help me with surprising him right as the ok for outside hospital food.. you guys are amazing..

There’s not much to say I’m always missing food and have to circle back around and plead my innocence because half the time the employees don’t believe me and then on top of that the employees are always angry and make it seem like giving me. My missing order is punishable by law and or is going to be removed from their personal checks

Very good breakfast menu. My all time favorite is the oatmeal. Super yummy. The price is right and it’s really filling. The energy sustains me through my mornings. I’m a regular and have always thought McDonald’s does well on their breakfast. Orange Juice is minute maid brand. Not bad. Enjoy!
