Fast Service. Ordered in the App. Right when I walked in they called my name. Ordered the $5 Meal Deal with the Double Burger. Came Hot and as ordered. Clean tables. Has a play area for the kids.

McDonalds has proven to me to be the worst fast joint. They intentionally smashed my 9 year olds cheese burger. They dropped my food and shifted my meal TWICE. I would probably overlook all of that (except for smashing my daughter’s cheesburger) but the manager on top of all of that told a team member that I can wait and was deliberately made to wait for my food

I’ve made a review about this before and deleted it before realizing I could edit it, but it happened AGAIN! I asked for extras pickles, onions, and mustard on 2 of my sandwiches and all they did was add the tomato(which I appreciate) but when I am paying extra to get extra, I want my extra. Feels like a scam out of money. I could’ve just goteen my free happy meal instead of paying more for extra, but I REALLY want that stuff on there. The mustard and pickles ESPECIALLY!!! Those are what I look forward to in my sandwiches. If you realize that it’s not on the sandwich, can you at least put it on the side? I appreciate the service I had though. It takes a lot to work night shifts in food.

What Happened? They use to have good service. The last 3 times I went through the drive through, they got my order wrong 3 times. I went through the Drive-tru for breakfast this morning and they got a simple order wrong and she looked at me like it was my fault. She acts like she doesn’t like to work. They even over filled the mango pineapple smoothie that it spilled all over me. It was icy in the bottom that you couldn’t use a straw. Well, that’s the last time I go there. Bye!

We were driving 4 hours and had another hour and a half left till we got to our destination and got hungry and stopped for some dinner here. We arrived at 11:04 pm and since we are towing a car with our truck, we cannot fit through the drive through. Their curbside was closed sadly through the app, their lobby was closed at 11 pm but we walked in when we saw there was another family inside still and wanted to ask if we could get food either through the curbside, inside, or if they’ll allow us to walk through the drive through since we have our truck and trailer and can’t fit. One of the employees said “I’ll go ask my manager.” As said manager comes back, she’s constantly saying “no, no, no only drive through” and I re-explained our situation about how we can’t drive through, so if they could do one more order or allow us to walk through and she kept cutting me off and said “no, no” to all ideas. I mean it’s MCDONALDS, I understand following policy’s but…. Where’s your humanity with understanding people’s situation, guess she doesn’t want money #1 or #2 she’s on a power trip and likes to feel in control when people are in need. Explained the situation at hand with us traveling the past 4 hours and had more ahead of us and wanted more fuel for the road and she still would rudely interrupt and say “no no drive through only” once again. Not to mention her own employees mentioning “she’s on one today” was quite hilarious, then seeing that power trip, 0 humanity in the manager for trying to problem solve, especially when given questions on how to solve this problem and would of taken 1 minute but she wanted to feel in power and left us with no options. Horrible management and will never come back to this location, imagine your own employees even have humanity but your management does not… quite sad frankly. But her fault for missing out on a $40-$50 order because I was hungry lemme tell you

Normally this location is fine. But tonight my husband and I were appalled at how terrible the service was. The girl on the speaker (at 11:00pm tonight) was pushy and seemed inconvenienced by our presence. I understand they have wait times but we were not taking any longer than the average person. Then when we actually got to the window, she was VERY rude. Did not smile once, no inflection in her voice, short and cold, and even gave us one of the nastiest looks I’ve ever seen on someone’s face. The look was so lethal that it made both of us extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, they messed up my husband’s order and put onions on the burgers that he ordered without onions. We were also the ONLY car in the drive thru.

I never have issue when I order my food for breakfast like 15-20 minutes before breakfast is over when it comes to picking it up. I ordered Mcdonald’s at like 10:10 got there at a few minutes past the time and got to the window to pickup my food. The lady wasn’t even paying attention at the window, then proceeded to tell me basically too bad you got here too late doesn’t matter if you ordered breakfast and paid for it it’s past breakfast time. Now I have to wait like 2-6 days for a stupid refund and I have no food. Would it be that hard to get a hashbrown out of the deepfreezer that’s like literally all I bought.

EDIT: I’m upgrading this to 4 stars because of the help I received from the customer care team and manager in charge. I decided to reach out via the link given by McDonald’s in response to my review. They contacted me back fairly quickly, apologizing for my husband’s experience and informed me they would be reaching out to this location. A day or two later I got an email from the general manager who told me they would be looking into this and offered us a free meal: sandwich, fries, and drink. We took her up on the offer and they were true to her word. Thank you for making this right.
ORIGINAL: Let me start with saying I’ve been going to this location of McDonald’s my entire life. I am so beyond shocked right now. My husband went to get a large fry for my little girl. JUST A LARGE FRY and drinks. Both she and my husband tasted the fries and they were crap. My little girl Loves McDonald’s fries by the way, so the fact that she hated them should tell you something. However, If that was all it was, I wouldn’t be giving them a poor review, but when my husband went back and asked for a replacement, the man told him that he was the one who made them so he wasn’t going to give out “free food.” The guy claimed they were freshly made by him! “If it were anybody else, I would. But since I made them im not going to.” His fries were ice cold, freezer burned, and half baked. Thank goodness Jack-in-the-box just opened in tooele because they just won our business! My husband went to them and they made sure to have him try their fries before he left to make sure they were satisfactory.

Always stay away from anything with eggs in it!
I always find egg shells and when I complain it’s like it’s my fault for noticing!

This McDonald’s struggles. They are slammed with orders but even then, the fries are never hot. If you get in the drive through, plan on at least 20-30 mins to get back out. The parking lot is an awful design. Nowhere to park as the line of drive through cars blocks every stall. Food quality isnt great. The lobby is also full of doordashers waiting. Not my favorite location.
