Well this happened today…My daughter was half way through her fries and discovered a dead fly right in the middle. I still gave 3 stars because the majority of the employees here are super nice! Accidents happen, but this is super gross.

The night team is amazing! However everytime ive come before 2pm, im missing a ton of my order down to the drinks , which i dont know how u forget drinks! My daughters happy meal had no fries, just nuggets & apple slices, no drink, no sauce.

We always go here for breakfast every Friday morning and I just wanted to say that the young man in the yellow vest that is in charge of the morning shift does his job with great professionalism. He is a excellent employee and represents your store very well. And to his supervisor you are extremely lucky to have this young man working for you he would make a great employee where ever he chose to work.

I never thought I’d write a review for McDonald’s, but this experience was amazing! It felt like I was at a real sit-down restaurant. The sweetest employee, Yalitza, went above and beyond—she checked on us several times, brought us ketchup, refilled our drinks, and even brought mints at the end. The restaurant itself was quiet, spotless (including the bathrooms), and perfect for families. While there’s no playground, the interactive tables kept my kids entertained for an hour. Truly a standout McDonald’s!

Called in with a niche question regarding the kid’s meal toy. Spoke with Brad, he was nice. Came in person to the store and noticed Brad (whom I believe is the manager?) asking customers about their meal and if they were wanting a refill. He was very kind to me and helped fulfil my request. They were busy but I really appreciate the time Brad took to help me and he was consistently checking on customers. Unfortunately, I was unable to express my gratitude because he was holding an interview which I didn’t want to interrupt but I appreciate his service and care. I hope he gets a pay raise because from what I observed, he deserves it. Another lady who works there helped me scan my app code because I was struggling to figure it out. Thank you to that lady as well.

This and a few other sandy locations, Im not sure what’s going on with breakfast but its really bad. Every single time I order a mcgriddle its SO DRY. its not good. Hard to eat. Theyre overcooked and gross. I usually love mcgriddles but this location doesn’t know how to make them properly. A waste of $5.

Atmosphere is dirty and needs heavy improvement. There was rags and paper pushed into corners from a recent spill and had not been taken care of yet.
Customer service is about half way pleasant when they assist you correctly. With every order except 1 where they would put my dine in order in a bag and wouldn’t actually bring it to you when you selected the table number indicator.
The only thing going for this place is the food is spot on and has no flaws, seems like care and attention is taken into account when making my order.
