Young teenager at the front register, I had to repeat my order like 5 times… and no surprise it came out wrong. Then the manager lady acted bothered when I went up to ask for them to remake. Maybe train your “children” a little better before they’re taking peoples orders. Don’t take it out on the customers, sorry!!! The place looked nice and clean. The play place was fun for the kids.

The play place is perfect for my 4 year old and I love that it’s set a little apart from the rest of the dining area and that it has its own attached family restroom. So convenient! On top of that the food came out quickly, and the dining area was very clean.

Most McDonald’s locations feel the same…. But this one doesn’t.
The difference is James.
I’ve been to plenty in the area, and this is the only one I consistently choose.
The restaurant is always clean. Not surface clean. Actually clean. Tables wiped, floors cared for, lobby managed even during busy times.
What really stands out is the professionalism and kindness.
You’re not just an order number. There’s eye contact. There’s respect. There’s kindness from James and the whole gang.
So shoutout to James for making this McDonald’s feel different… And that’s why we keep coming back!

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred at McDonald’s location #36055 in Sandy, Utah on February 5.
During my visit I was assisted by the cashier listed on my receipt as “KS.” The interaction quickly became unprofessional and hostile. When I asked for the franchise owner’s contact information so I could address a concern, the employee refused to provide it.
During the interaction she used profanity toward me and threw my bag across the counter, which caused it to fall onto the floor, then told me I needed to pick it up myself. She also stated that she did not have to serve me and asked if I wanted a refund.
When I asked for management information, she stated that she was the manager and that her mother was the general manager. She still refused to provide any contact information for ownership or upper management.
This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed by corporate or franchise leadership and that appropriate action be taken.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I would appreciate a follow up regarding this complaint.

I recently visited McDonald’s and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a Bacon Quarter Pounder with no ketchup and mustard, but unfortunately, it arrived with both condiments. This was frustrating enough, but what made things worse was when I called the restaurant to address the issue. The employee I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive, which only added to my dissatisfaction.
I expect better quality control and customer service from a well-known establishment like McDonald’s. I hope the management can address these issues to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.
Overall, I am very disappointed and unlikely to return to this location.

My Christmas Eve. I love McDonald’s cheese burgers I can’t have sauce so I get plain but this was yuck I got 2 plain hamburgers in cheese burger wrapper’s! If I wanted a plain hamburger I wouldn’t have asked for cheese! I never received my 10 piece nugget so my dinner sucked!! We ordered Apollo instead. Worst experience ever!

This location is really nice. They usually give bigger cups with the $5 meal which makes me super happy. Food can take some time to arrive which isn’t the worst. Sometimes the fries can be cold which isn’t fun. Employees are friendly and smile. That makes it the best.

We had ordered food for the family and 2 of our wraps didn’t make it in. Then while eating we found the burgers lacked sauce and other condiments. The kids working were more interested in hanging out then helping the other customers who had problems with their food.

Updated, and maintained facility. Very clean compared to other McDs in the area.
Play area is also clean and maintained for kids. I have always got good service in drive through as well. But I recommend going in the facility to sit down for a bit premium feel. I know. Good job the local owner
