Ordered online, when I got there the girl with dark hair, acted like I was an inconvenience right off the start. Told me to pull forwarding, I waited for 5+ min for them to bring me a bag of fries! I ordered a 2 burito meal w/ picante , and 2 extra hash browns.. Another 5 min go by, and they brought the burritos and 1 hash brown, and shut the window before I could even open the bag. Since I could clearly trust what was brought to me. I had to go back through the drive through, to ask for my orange juice, picante, and other two hash browns when they said we dont have them anymore, gave me my orange juice, and still no picante sauce. I’m pretty positive they pulled these burritos out of the trash as well! They are stale, and disgusting! You’d think after sitting there for over 15 min my food would be fresh!!!Thanks, at least now I have a reason to stop going here!
Tried it again, I’m dumb. Don’t be like me. I just paid $5 for a single slice of pickle on a plain mccrispy, I wanted it how it comes, since workers need SIMPLE orders to get it close to being right. I guess even that is too hard…

I will never eat at a McDonald’s that doesn’t have a self-service soda machine more than once. I refuse to let the US become like the EU in regards to controlling how much soda I drink. It is not the American way. I almost left right away, but was pressed for time. I hate these new McDonald’s with the staff in the back and no ability to get even straws, napkins, or ketchup on your own. Whoever thought up this concept needs to be fired (other more severe consequences passed through my mind). If you are going to bank on technology, your order screens better work. While I was there, I don’t think one group was able to order successfully from the screens. Also, at least three different parties from the drive through came in with messed up orders. I was only there for 20 minutes (should have been 10, but did I mention nothing worked). For me there was a deal that required you to spend $2, but it wouldn’t work on the self-service screens unless you ordered more than $5. The one kid they stuck up front tried his best, but man it was painful. Also, two of my 5 McCrispy strips were like chewing on an eraser. Won’t be getting those again. The fries were just lukewarm too.

I hate making reviews but this location truly has disappointed me. I’ve been three times I. The lobby and each time it took more than 10 minutes for my food to arrive. With absolutely no one ever at the desk to talk to for help or ask questions. Their lobby is relatively untouched and never has its condiments stocked. Not to mention the poor door dash drivers that are lined up waiting on their order that never comes because no one is ever there to talk to. I’m writing this review because I’m hoping for improvement and I hope to see it

Ive never been to a mcdonalds that seems so cold. There is no interaction with workers. It wasn’t busy but we had an extra long wait. When they brought out the food, they said sorry it took so long, they were out of trays. ?? There was only 1 other customer there. The haah brown was cold. I needed a code to use the bathroom to wash my hands, there was no soap. Tried the hand sanitizer right by the door, that was empty. I know you don’t go to McDonald’s for the best food, but at least make it welcoming by customer service and SOME human interaction. I hope all McDonald’s arent turning into this type of place.

There were only 2 cars in front of me at the drive thru. Each of us had to wait 5 or so minutes before staff took our order. When I pulled up to the second window, no one was there. Finally someone came to the window and asked what we ordered and if we got our drinks. I had to repeat my order then she closed the window on me. I waited a few more minutes for drinks. The drive thru experience was super slow. The fries were soggy and not even cooked. All of the food was cold. I had to warm everything up at home and cook my fries in the air fryer. We were super excited for this location to open since the other location down the street is awful. Very disappointing and won’t be returning!

We came through this drive thru to order lunch today, we ordered 3 Large size meals and received large fry boxes but not at all the amount of fries we paid for. They also came cold.

Newer McDonald’s (as of 2025). McDonald’s has definitely moved away from the McCafe model and now it’s some sort of dystopian self-service box. There are no sight lines with any employee and there is no register or ordering area with a person. The trend of removing self-service drinking stations continues. It feels like they really are pushing people to use the drive-thru and not dine in. I just found the changes interesting.
Update 2026: This isn’t working. Although the crew are willing to help, it’s very difficult to locate them. The crew seems to work very hard to stay out of the sight lines of the dining area. I’ve never seen a clean table in the dining area.

Paid for a dbl QP and received a single, also paid for a bacon/cheese QP and received no bacon. Waited for fresh food over 15 mins only to be missing half the food I paid for! Ugh, also was told they couldn’t sell me a daily dbl bundle which clearly showed on the menu. First manager wasn’t explaining the reasons why, the male manager tried cleaning it up, yet at this point I was disgusted and disappointed cuz I had to buy something I didn’t want. All baked goods were fresh in spite of the differences we had. Overall, very disappointing from a brand new store!

So, ordering was a nightmare through the app. I like to do curbside, it says it’s unavailable. Fine, drive thru it is. The app tells me to tell them the order number, I do so, I have never seen a more confused employee. A few minutes later they give me my order, only to realize it was only half my order! I had to go back to the restaurant, ask them to get the rest of my order, and the one who took my food was fine, the one who gave me my food had the biggest attitude that I swear it was a child’s temper tantrum, “ugh, fine” kind of attitude.
Now I’m back home, hoping to enjoy the meal with my family… ONLY FOR HALF THE ORDER THAT I ALREADY HAD WAS MADE WRONG!!
Will not be going to this McDonald’s again. Get it together, McD’s.

I recently visited this new McDonald’s location, and it was a huge letdown. The fries were so overly salted and stale that they were inedible. To make matters worse, the Filet-O-Fish wasn’t even assembled as a sandwich; the components were just thrown in the box haphazardly. It was as if they made it blindfolded. For a new store, the quality and care were shockingly poor. What a joke!
