I stopped by this McDonald’s on the way back home to Montana pull through the drive-through behind. A few other cars are service wasn’t answered when we pulled up to the speaker. We waited for I’d say about 510 minutes. No one responded so we drove around cause we saw the cars keep moving when we got to the window. Nobody was at the window so we pulled the next window where the person was receiving food so we drove back around to the menu board behind another car that they had answered right away. Once again we waited again for them to reply on the microphone as soon as we started ordering, we couldn’t even finish the order before. They asked us if there’s anything else and before we could reply, yes they would tell us to pull forward and we’d have to remind him. We still wanted to order so just kept getting cut off continuously that we just said fine whatever we’ll just pull forward. Wasn’t in the position to ask for a receipt. She wouldn’t give us one went to the next window, I was trying to ask for napkins and jellies and hot sauce for the food and was told to pull forward for three sausage burritos and a sausage Mc griddle and two coffees mind you no other coffee was available just the two regular coffees soon as we started asking for the receipt in our paper towels and all that things we were cut off immediately again poor service poor place. The food was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there early in the morning and hopefully the staff by night is a lot Kinder and wants customers. I will never go back again.

This store has the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever received. The food quality is horrible. I’ve always received my food cold and in poor condition. I have only been there twice, and service seems to only get worse! I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

Ordered a sausage McMuffin and 2 sausage burritos, received a sausage McMuffin and a 6pc chicken nuggets, how do you mess up that bad? It’s not that hard to get an order right you have a screen right in front of your face that tells you what food was ordered. Terrible service and highly disappointing. Will not be ordering here again. Want a refund. Who gets chicken nuggets in the morning? Wasn’t even that busy either.

The most horrible experience of my life. The whole team is pathetic. I order through Uber Eats and products are always missing—out of 5 orders, 4 are wrong. Today I placed an order and waited for more than an hour, and after an hour they canceled it for no reason. No explanation, nothing. Is this how you treat your customers?
I called regarding another order and asked why items were missing, and the woman who answered told me to go and get them myself if I wanted them, in a condescending tone, and when I tried to say something else, she hung up on me. What kind of worthless managers does that location have? How can they treat people like this—the same people who ultimately pay their salaries?
This was my last order. Until you change your staff, you will keep getting one-star reviews from everyone. An incompetent team, incompetent managers.

Sooo….this crappy and might I add ONLY Mcdonald’s in this city is notorious for these one star reviews?….WILD. Do better, Park City. This location still has OLD drive thru signs, if you’ve seen them, you know exactly what I’m talking about. But they can’t even upgrade to digital menu boards, boy….I’m sure NO body in this city will be shocked when this location gets permanently shut down this year just like the unfortunate failing of the Arby’s behind it…customer service here was lacking, but drive thru truthfully wasn’t the WORSE experience ever ♀️

Every time I go their coffee is burnt and tastes like it’s been sitting all day. And their food always comes out cold or lukewarm.
I understand this is a fast food restaurant but I’ve never had a problem with ANY other McDonald’s location.
Coffee should be changed out every 2-3 hours. Same with any other food left in hot holding. You can’t leave food sitting that’s under 145°. Maybe y’all need to retake y’all’s food handlers. I work in food service too.

The worst team that brings shame to the McDonald’s company. I have ordered many times through Uber Eats, and every single time the order has come from this restaurant. Each time, items are missing, the food is cold, or the order gets canceled after I’ve waited for over an hour—they simply cancel it.
Today is 1/16/2026, and my order is #1654. The fries are missing, and this happens every time. I called at 4:20, a girl answered, I explained the issue, and then she hung up on me.

Service is ALWAYS great here..I go here several times a week just for the sweet tea… I’m a southern woman and sweet yes its my house wine..I expect it to be perfectly balanced with the perfect amount of sugar and Kimball Junction McDonald’s never fails me… best set tea in all of Utah. And the staff is amazingly friendly,kind and helpful. I never but my sweet tea at any other McDonald’s cuz it’s questionable lol

Asks me to pull forward into stall number 2 that is parallel to the drive thru window. I asked why if there is know one behind me. The gal said because of the timer. Isn’t the timer for accountability? Then some crazy lady yells at me because I couldn’t park where she wanted me to because of the snow and the car in front of me. I think a attitude adjustment is in order. Its a double quarter pounder with cheese, who could get upset about that. I think that you should be thankfull that you have such a wonderful job in the greatest place in the world.
