Food is okay normally hot sometimes not, no receipt in the kiosks so if you need to review your order or have cash, you’re SOL, the team leader will walk by and just look at you and go work on just drive thru. There is no urgency in the lobby. Just shut down the lobby if you’re going to ignore the whole thing entirely. Absolutely ridiculous. They will always get your order wrong (ordered with no sausage still got sausage another friend ordered and said the sausage was nasty and it was.)

Typically, I try not to leave reviews for large chain restaurants because you generally know what to expect when you visit one. However, this particular experience felt worth noting.
One of the main reasons people choose places like this is for quick and convenient service. When I arrived one evening — not especially late and nowhere near closing time — the drive-through line was strangely backed up. The four cars in front of me were all pulled off to the side waiting, and I ended up doing the same. What made it even more unusual was that there was no one behind me in line.
My order was also extremely simple: just a basic cheeseburger, which is usually about as straightforward as it gets. Despite that, the wait was unexpectedly long.
Again, I normally don’t review chain locations, but I wanted to leave a note so others are aware that this particular location may not always provide the quick service people typically expect.

The wait was 20 minutes to get my food and no one else was in the store. They had a major fly issue in the store, at least 80 flying around. When i finally got my food my burger was disgusting the patty was breaking apart and the lettuce was warm. Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had

Missed half the fries, and I checked the bag for any that had fallen out. This is after putting those back. 🙁

Okay, my daughter ask me to stop here so she can place an order and we did curbside pickup and I was sitting here with my car running for 15 minutes. I finally told my daughter that she just needs to step up, go inside and get her order. If she didn’t, I’m pretty sure we’ll be waiting for about 20 or so minutes

Very long waits, cold food, dirty tables, floors, & machines. Wrong toys, no sauce (and you’ll have to wait 20 mins as they ignore you, to finally get the sauce you actually ordered). Epic fail on every front. It’s like they’re trying to drive you away. I thought this terrible experience was a one off, but it’s usual here. It costs as much as a sit down restaurant these days, but everything is worse. Stop going here or they won’t change.

My friends and I were so excited for the Shamrock shake. It tasted like straight green food coloring. It wrecked all our stomachs. They did not even give us straws. On the other hand, they did let us stay and socialize until closing.

Drinks in the drive through we’re bad. Had to go inside to get them swapped. The humanless counter is stupid, unfriendly, and allows for terrible service. I waited 10 minutes or more, with a lot of other people, waiting for order corrections. But the staff that interacted with me were all nice and helpful. Just overwhelmed with too many orders and mistakes to fix

This McDonald’s is the single slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to in my entire life. Crazy they definitely take fast food and change it to. A slow stroll in the park that takes forever to get food. Crazy slow if you’re choosing between them and going to a graduation ceremony, go to the graduation ceremony it will be faster.
