One if the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin meal through the app. I was told to pull ahead and park and the would bring it out I finally walked to get my order It took over 15 minutes to complete the order and the the Sausage egg McMuffin came without the sausage.

I paid extra for the Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese Deluxe, so I was disappointed that they gave me the plain Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese. Then I was completely disgusted when I bit into the patty and it was completely raw. They also forgot to give us a chocolate milk and a McDouble that we ordered. This location has never done a good job, but with raw meat, this will be the last time we go there.

Robots could do a better job of human interaction and costumer service. Just go automated McDonald’s, those people do want those jobs and it obvious by how they treat the customer. Also, there was like 500 flies flying around the dining area the kitchen area everywhere.

Yo I know it’s like a cheap burger so I shouldn’t expect much. And that’s why I come here. But every time I order they always seem to have an issue. I ordered 3 double cheese burgers with only ketchup. And each burger had a whole different issue with it. It was slow at the time I ordered, and each burger had onions and all the ketchup was on the wrappers instead of the burger. That’s fine I guess, but the first burger had the top bun folded in itself, like how do u mess up putting a bun on??? And the 2nd burger only had one slice of cheese and extra onion in between the 2 patties and wasn’t even wrapped completely. And the third burger had so much salt for some reason that I couldn’t take more than a bite out of it. To be honest though, I could’ve asked for a change but no one is ever really up front to complain to and it seems like they don’t care about the job and I don’t blame them. Plus it’s cheap food. But this isn’t the first time I’ve had the wrong order at this location. And this experience was one too many here. At least they had a really nice old lady who worked there and said I was a nice looking :).

Dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Spilled orange drink on the floor at the right side of the counter which we needed to side step to order. Exterior trash cans over flowing and on the ground. One employee was standing around drinking water at the front counter area, and the men’s bathroom needed attention. Looked under staffed and without a Manager to organize and direct the employees. Hopefully they’ll get better soon and just a bad day and not the norm.

More often than not, my food is old. This is the only location where the mobile app has the option to pick up your food at the front counter turned off when the lobby is open. I’ve encountered both rude staff and rude management at this location. The most recent time I got old food from this location, I tried to request new food the next day as I had no time to ask that night due to rushing to my overnight shift, the manager told me since I didn’t have the food or receipt that she couldn’t help me and didn’t even wait to take my order for me to pay for. Horrible customer service, and subpar food quality. Also, there are always flies in this location.

Don’t waste your money here. Average drive thru time is around 15-20 minutes when it’s not busy and the food is either undercooked or just the wrong order.

Every time that I go to this place it’s something new to poor customer service or the food. Last time I went here I was asked to go park and my food would come out to me. I was sitting in my car for over 30 muinits!! Now this time I went I got a Caramel Frappe it only had a little Caramel! I have been to lots of McDonald’s and they have never been this bad! Never coming here again.
