I usually dont lile McDonald’s, but the people are are simply some of the kindest people I know. Gage helped me order, despite being so busy they helped me figure out what to get to fit the money I had on me. The people the visit here are so generous and kind too, smiles and freindly. Would recommend this small location to anyone!

Went through the drive through. There was no other cars ahead of me or behind me. I ordered 2 burgers, a large fry and a large drink. After paying at window #1 I waited about 6 min to get my food. The guy apologized for the delay which I appreciate. I understand things can get busy. About a mile away i started eating my fries. They were completely cold and had little to no salt. I live in PG. When I got home I find that both my burgers were cold as well. I would expect that if I had to wait for my food it would be hot and fresh. The cheese on the burgers had hardened up so it’s obvious that it had been sitting for awhile. My large fries weren’t just cold, the size/amount in the vcontainer was more like a small fry. Very frustrating when your really hungry. I feel I should be compensated for the entire meal which I the in the garbage. I’ve had a couple bad experiences at this particular location and after this one. I decided to share my experience.

Be so, so very specific. I’m a pretty picky eater and was just wanting a very simple plain quarter pounder.
So I asked for a plain quarter pounder, just the meat and cheese.
Apparently, to them, that means just the patty. Buns begone.
They gave me a patty with cheese in a hotcake container. What?
Just be specific cause they don’t believe in verifying orders.

I live 1/2 block from this McDonald’s. They messed my order up. While I waited for them to fix it I asked if the could keep the correct stuff fresh, they said no. Everyone is now eating cold food while the one happy meal in the order is piping hot…… bummer

My Quarter Pounder was smashed and aggressively made today and served in my order.
I think the heavyset male cashier who seemed very angry as he pushed his arm towards me giving me my receipt aggressively was behind this delicious looking burger today “NOT” literally look at this thing. It’s the worst burger of 1000’s I’ve probably ate and seen in my life. I’m not sure if I’ll return to this location with such poor food product and the heavyset male cashier who is an “ANGRY” young man and worried my food will be even uglier and worse from him. Not a good experience I’ve contacted corporate in an email and awaiting their response and I’ll update this post with the results. ** NO RESPONSE from Corporate **

This location serves old chicken nuggets half the time i go there.
It is the only McD’s close to the freeway and my work.
Half the time the nuggets are fresh.
But maybe don’t take the risk and pick a different location for nuggets and save your money and time.
My nuggets tasted over cooked and semi cooled.

Not good not bad. Too may buttons / questions on the order kiosk screen. But there is nothing like spending time with family. And McDonald’s gave us a place to do that.

The manager on duty today at 3:30 pm should be fired! She was rude and refused to help anyone. A girl came inside from the drive thru, they made her park and she waited over 20 minutes for a fry and chicken nuggets. She came in to see what the deal was and she said excuse me to the manager and the female manager ignored her when she was 3 feet away. She said excuse me to her a few times and the manager still ignored her. Finally she said it loud and the manager said what do you want?! I was shocked at how rude she was. The girl asked about her food and the manager walked away ignoring her again. The girl stood there and finally said she was late for work and so frustrated she couldn’t wait any longer. She couldn’t even get a refund due to the manager ignoring her. The manager put my food on the counter and not all of it was there. But she wouldn’t acknowledge me either. There were drinks and ice creams and clearly I was by myself. I had to find the drink holder myself and the kind boy gave me a bag to put them in. He also put ice cream in a cup for me because I couldn’t carry it and the manager slammed it on the counter and the first one tipped over. I asked the boy to get me one and he did. He was great picking up the customers and taking care of them. She should not be working with people. I’d be embarrassed to have someone so unprofessional working for my company. It’s really bad when the manager gives you whatever food you get and you are forced to take it and walk away. Because she refuses to speak to you. So you are literally forced to be happy you got anything at all! McDonald’s you owe me a meal and ice cream and you owe the girl in the drive thru a refund! And let the manager know if she’s that miserable she should find another job! Instead of treating customers so poorly when they did nothing but give you money! I will make sure if we see her again I’ll drive to the other location.
