By far the best of all the mcdonald restaurants. Great customer service (food is delivered to your table) and the atmosphere is very upbeat. I always dine in here and have coffee or other delicacies and I am never disappointed. The tables are always clean and the location is superb (near other landmark restaurants and hotels). If you want to start your day right, dine here and have a positive meal and a positive day. Eat like a king. Bon appetit!!!! Thank you mcdonald employees for making this mcdonald restaurant in a class by itself.

This location has gone downhill big time. They always miss something in your order, so someone doesn’t get all their meal and when it’s delivered, you can’t check the order at the store. Burgers and fries taste cold and stale and hardly any toppings on the burgers (like nonexistent), burnt buns etc. Food had to have been sitting there for a long time. I recommend going to the one on 7800 S. and Redwood Rd. It’s farther away, but food is way better quality and correct.

Drive thru worker on December 4th 2025 needs to quit his job if he’s so miserable. His attitude was trash and the line “give me a second please” after not saying anything like we were supposed to know he needed a second after a long pause of silence after we ordered. Learn a skill if you’re that mad. Lol

First walked in was rushed to order my food, got my two hamburgers, HAD NO ketchup or mustard on them, went up to the counter to ask for ketchup and mustard. And the manager , jessica just kept looking at me and kept walking back and forth , laughing with her employees not doing her job.

Mobile order – they asked me to pull up and wait for my food…a large fry…then proceeded to help 15-20 cars over the next 10+ min… even had 1 worker look at me confused why I was parked in their waiting spots…after 10 minutes had passed…I went in and asked if they were going to give me the fries… they looked confused…as if I just asked them to define string theory… as everyone dispersed as to avoid accountability…1 sweet elderly person stepped up and got the fries… let’s be real here…they had 1 job to do…these people purposefully chose mediocrity… I would avoid this place… competency is an attribute they know nothing about … I was late getting back to work because this fast food location isn’t really that …
update – they asked me to fill out their “feedback form” except the feedback form requires a store number which isn’t on the mobile receipt… go figure…

Got there at 8am ordered coffee and breakfast sandwich…dine- in …..looking for a clean place to sit ..no luck and the seats were filthy tables and loads of flies ! Looks like workers slacking on good cleaning in this store .too many people having a party in kitchen in different languages after asking them if they could clean a table ..no one knew exactly what I was saying !! Witnessed three couples leaving from uncleanness and customer service.

attitude was horrible, they have people working who barley speak a word of english. i asked for 4 mild salsa sauce and they gave me mayonnaise. when i addressed the issue they gave me mayonnaise again! and made me pay for “ extra “ sauce . this place is ridiculous slow and has horrible attitude. wouldnt recommend! the mcdonald’s near fort union is much better

Horrible . I used to go here all the time and was never had an order like I just did I haven’t even eaten more than two bites first off the fries are the worst I’ve ever had undercooked and soggy .that’s disgusting I’m not even going to try my burgers if I had my car I would take the entire order back and just throw it on the counter .and go to Wendy’s or BK .maybe Arby’s but I will never eat here again last time I went did my order at the kiosk got up to the counter and they inform me I wony be getting chocolate shakes I can have strawberry or vanilla .I didny want either . Just no chocolate I guess . It’s crazy how bad this location has just lost it . McDonald’s always had the best fries . No wonder why they are doing buy one get one for $1 .never again .
