I have gone to this location several times and have noticed the same issue. I keep finding dark black hair in my food. Last time it was in my burger, under the cheese. This time in my chicken nuggets box.

Would someone please teach the employees how to make an Oreo Shamrock McFlurry? I ordered 4 of them. None of them are similar l. They made an Oreo McFlurry, Then squirted mint flavor on top. Without mixing it in. Oddly, I was also told they weren’t making Shamrock shakes. I wanted to tell them to make me a Shamrock Oreo McFlurry. And leave out the Oreos…. I totally see this as poor training. Not the fault of the employee taking the orders. Or the one making them.

Went through the drive thru tonight I pulled up to the first window to pay and the worker (larger gentleman with small glasses) was sleeping, my passenger yelled at him and he finally woke up, then while he was running the card he kept nodding off. So we asked if he was ok and when he spoke he was incoherent. We reported it to the person and the second window and they didn’t seemed bothered.

The only reason I come here is because it’s the closest and honestly wish there was another one closer because the service here is ALWAYS terrible. The main issue you ask? They don’t listen. At all 0% to what you say. Maybe because the manager is too busy EATING while preparing orders and doesn’t care what her team is doing? I don’t know but I had to clarify my order twice to where they finally got it correct on the screen. Once I get my order however it’s still incorrect. I had to go in to correct it and even when I was talking to the young lady face to face saying what I needed, she still brought me the wrong stuff. Like how does that happen? Terrible.

Their menu boards have been smashed out and illegible for at the very least two months now. McDonald’s is a 212 BILLION dollar company but they can’t seem to afford to replace their boards? It’s very unfair to their paying/loyal customers to have to deal with that and is not at all aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Also, more times than not they get my order wrong or it’s of very poor quality but we won’t get into all that. Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend

I understand that McDonalds is LITERALLY the bottom of the fast food chain, but honestly, I’d rather eat 3 week old 7Eleven Taquitos instead of THIS LOCATION McDonalds. the employees are rude as hell, they look and smell like they haven’t even seen the inside of a shower in months, the food order is never correct. I had no other option then to stop here on my way home from work, despite not coming to this location in over A YEAR DUE TO HORRIBLE SERVICE. glad to see some things never change.

Every time I come here to this location they always get my order wrong. My fries are always cold and the staff ain’t very friendly. I ordered a deluxe mccrispy add cheese,bacon,pickles they forgot to add cheese (but charged me) and did not put the tomatoes on if I could give them a 0 star I would I’m just so done with how they do stuff at this location. Needs better management at night for sure. They also pull people and make them wait a long time.

Waited for quite awhile in an empt drive through, multiple cars in the lane next to me were helped and went In Front of me meanwhile me and a car behind me were not helped. Kept getting asked to please wait. Rude girl at the window was glaring and was aggressive handing out my food and drink, don’t trust it threw it away and went to Arby’s.
