I am really frustrated. I was really looking forward to enjoy my coffee. All I wanted with my order was some creamer and sugar. But all I got was a plain coffee with none of that. This isn’t the first time this location has messed up on orders but this was absolutely ridiculous. It feels like no one here pays attention and it shows a complete lack of care for customers. In my honest opinion, I believe that they mess up on orders for the convenience of the business by “forgetting” to add some things from your order because I don’t think it should be that hard to read a ticket and put in everything you asked for. By the time I realized the mistake I was already on the road with a bitter, undrinkable coffee THAT I PAID FOR. Such a waste of time and money. I would think if I’m paying for something I could at least get it right. But you guys always act like we are asking for things for free. The laziness is outrageous.

Wow…Super clean inside. Very helpful staff members to help you out. Ordered in the app. Super easy. Had the QP with Cheese and fries, with Large drink. Patty was seared perfectly, juicy inside. Fries came Hot and crispy. Great play area for the kids. Ok parking. Easy to see from the street.

The customer service needs to improve they are so busy I had to wait longer than necessary when they got my order wrong. I explained the difference and they still did not give me the money back, so I had to explain a second time to get my dollar back, It took too long for one item. They were civil but it was still annoying, I had to deal with similar errors twice now. Generally they are reasonable I think they get frustrated partly because they are so busy. With the raised prices now here it’s not as affordable Id rather go elsewhere where it’s not so busy, and actually some restaurants have better deals. I will say the drive thru is usually fast.

Terrible service at the drive-thru. I was calling for about 10 minutes and got no answer. I went up to the window and the employee was just completely engrossed in his phone. Is that what they get paid for, to stare at their phones? Their supervisors should be aware of these kinds of problems.

They didn’t put any extra mayo and when he ask me what I got I told him it is a mobile order and he was really rude and said I got that. Like when you use mobile order it is supposed to start making the food before you arrived.and when you arrived it is supposed to be ready and it wasn’t and the guy who brought me my food was also very rude. I have always had issues with this location. Especially at night

Ordered large fries and bacon mcdouble, three days later I check the mcd app to find it saying I bought 3 burgers and fries and I called my bank to see if I was charged. I was. Tried call this location and manually got sent to voicemail either the employee forgot to remove the items (he heard and put down big Mac when i ordered a bacon mcdouble somehow) or he decided to feed his friends on my money

By far the worst McDonalds in the valley. They don’t check the orders at the drive-thru, so the order is wrong 95% of the time. Make sure you keep your receipt and the ticket they give to confirm, because that is YOUR job now. When asked to correct the order to what was ordered, there is always an issue or attitude.

Save yourself the hassle, go to LITERALLY anywhere else.

I ordered two coffees and a few breakfast burritos to pick up to share with a co-worker of mine. I found a bunch of coffee grounds in my coffee, leaving my mouth (and my co-workers) feeling like I had just eaten sand. Some of it is shown in the picture though some of the left coffee covers it and half of it ended up in my mouth anyway. The burritos were nothing special, the taste was nothing outstanding though it was clear it was prepared very rushed as the wrapping was put in with the tortilla being folded. Please try and improve your quality. I rarely leave reviews anywhere but considering there wasn’t a rush or big line of people, the quality was very disappointing.

DO NOT EAT HERE. CHARGED ME TWICE FOR THE SAME ORDER ON TWO DIFFERENT CARDS. paid at the first window and when I went to th4 next window they said it didnt go through, so I gave them a different card. After receiving my food I checked both my apps, (my main bank app and cashapp) both had the same exact charge and the money was taken out of both accounts. I failed to ask for my first receipt, typically if it was declined they’d tell you AT THE FIRST WINDOW. SKETCHY PLACE. I went in to talk to the manager and they said only one payment went through even though I showed them on both my apps the same exact charge went through they REFUSED TO REFUND.

DO NOT GO HERE AND IF YOU DO GET A RECEIPT TO PROVE YOU PAID FOR IT.

This is the second time I’ve gone in the past month, both times through the drive through. Both times I’ve gone, we were directed to pull forward and wait for our food (and neither order was large). The first time I finally received my food after waiting for over 10 minutes but tonight after waiting for close to 15 minutes for 1 burger meal, 1 six piece nugget, and 1 fry we finally went inside. They seemed so confused as to what we were talking about and when they finally found our order if was incorrect and cold. Very disappointed.
