This McDonald’s will not talk to you easily if you have any issues with your order being placed or with getting into restrooms. They made the food incorrect. The customer service is poor the food delivery is poor no options to order in store all food is severed in Togo bags like they want you to leave from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out will never come back to this location again

This McDonald’s is always good to me but apparently they decided to close close to 30 mins early. I showed up, a Saturday night, at their drive through at 12:40am and their lights were and screens off. The time says for drive through is 5am to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays but I guess they decided to close early.

I typically don’t like leaving negative reviews. But we came here to eat and play in the play area. And when I say it was filthy, it was FLITHY. The floor was covered, there wasn’t a table or chair that wasn’t sticky, there was food in the slide. Nasty. When they brought our food, I mentioned this to the employee. They sat our food down on the least “gross” table (their words). And then they just handed me the spray to clean. I guess I should have clocked in because I spent the next 20 minutes cleaning tables. Weird experience. I’ve never just been handed the cleaning items and just left to clean.

This is hands down by a long shot the worst McDonald’s you could ever choose to visit. The service is terrible! The manager is always pissed off and doesn’t want to talk to customers, and this trickles right down to the teenage workers who are being taught to not give a shit about customer service. They constantly get my order wrong, food is usually lukewarm and the service is so slow I’d probably get my order faster just driving to the next closest McDonald’s! Even when I place a mobile order well in advance, I will have to sit there for 10-15 minutes, generally for a very small order. Whoever franchised this location needs to get better management and new employees all around, and maybe actually train them on the simplest common sense scenarios, since common sense isn’t very common anymore.

Well, it’s open! Here is my review (for now). So many thoughts. It has a very modern look inside. Reminds me of an airport terminal. You cannot see the employees cooking behind the order desk. That is all hidden now. It’s kinda dark where you order inside. Not showy or flashy. The dining area is a nice size but definitely not very big. There are self-order kiosks. There are power outlets at each table (no USB). There are wheelchair accessible tables. Many tables are labeled for mobile orders. There is a door to the cooking area right at the front entrance. I can tell they are geared up for employees to go straight outside for mobile orders and the drive-thru-order waiting area. The garbage cans are the nice non-touch electronic kind. In order to use the restroom you have to have an employee (sign says to see the manager) buzz open the doors. I really hope that doesn’t last. Especially with there being a play place… we are washing our hands a lot going back and forth between playing and eating. The condiments area is sparse! No drink refill station. Only a ketchup fountain, a napkin dispenser, and two tea dispensers. Where’s the soda? The kids loved the play area, especially the log roll toy and also the blue roller conveyer belt toy. There is a shoe cubby. There is a toddler area within the play equipment. There are tables in by the play equipment which is super helpful for us parents of course. There is a hand wipes kiosk in the play area. That’s at least something but doesn’t make up for the locked bathrooms (to wash hands) in my opinion. The bike rack is helpful outside. Plenty of parking for pick up. The drive thru area is spacious. I like the trees they planted in the parking lot. Our order taker gave a sigh of frustration when my husband added to the order that she thought she was finished with. So sorry, he said. But she should get used to that happening and keep a smile on her face anyways! The food was the same as any other McDonalds. The prices seems the same as well. Overall I didn’t love the look and feel inside. Opening day was underwhelming. But I know we’ll be back… because well… the location is great for us, there’s nothing else around, and who doesn’t love some fried food. As soon as they unlock the bathroom doors, my review stars will go up.
Update: they did send out some generous coupons for our area. Also, they were sticking a free dessert coupon in sacks for the grand opening (a few days after the official grand opening), so that’s something.

I wish that I could give them higher than a 5 star. Our DoorDash, or didn’t deliver all of our bags and I called and spoke with the manager Catherine and she was amazing. She remade our meal and had it ready for me. By the time I got there the service there is amazing. The people are wonderful and like I said, I wish I could give them more than five stars.

Probably the most friendly drive thru service I’ve ever received at a McDonald’s. Food always consistent. Great deals on the app. Just miss the indoor order taking experience that has been pretty much entirely replaced by the kiosks.

I’ve been to this location many times since I live really close, and they’ve never made a mistake with my order compared to other locations. However, one thing that could be improved is the energy and friendliness. I picked up my breakfast through the drive-thru yesterday morning, and the person who handed me my order didn’t seem happy with their work. As someone who also works in the service industry, I believe a simple smile can make a big difference, no matter if it’s morning or night.

Went and got some chicken nuggets and my daughter had two in her car seat. I lifted up a nugget to hand to her and these two here in the picture were bitten out of already. Super disheartening especially with my daughter having eaten them.
