Just went to get a HOT Carmel Macchiato at 9:30PM and didn’t end up trying it until I got home. When I took the first drink I immediately I had to spit it out. Seems like there is some sort of rotten milk in my drink and I was unable to drink it!! It smelled and tasted AWFUL. Actually quite disappointed, I’ve never had this happen before but it made my stomach turn and makes me question coming back.

i’ve been coming to this location pretty consistently for a couple years now. what i’ve noticed is that it very much depends on who’s working. it’s either fast, friendly, correct, and still hot, or it’ll be like it was today. i placed a mobile order 10 minutes in advance, it was just 2 double cheeseburgers. after i pulled through the drive through, i watched as everyone else in the drive through got their food before me. for 30 minutes i just sat and watched them serve everyone else. whoever was bringing the orders to people’s cars wasn’t even talking to me, he would just silently hold a bag in my face until i told him my order for the 7th time. i ended up having to park, walk inside, and remind them i was waiting. at which point they tossed 2 double cheeseburgers into a new bag and gave them to me. what was preventing them from doing that for this entire hour-long process? the burgers were cold and barely even assembled.

This McDonald’s had us waiting outside for 20 minutes and they still forgot most of our order. I’m so very disappointed and I will never be coming here again and when we told the worker all they could say back to us is oh they offered no way to fix the order just oh so very disappointing. Over four cars were waiting, pulled out outside. There was no one else in the drive-through before us. Why did they take so long?
Edit: Came back again thinking maybe things would be different. They were but in a terrible way! 6 cars lined up waiting (7 including mine). I hear this is because there’s a competition in Utah between the McDonald’s companies about who can get their customers out the drive thru the quickest but this is not the way!! I was waiting for over 10 minutes for three items. Three! Workers would walked around with bags in their hand and we asked if it was “two spicy McDoubles” they answered “yeah, but I don’t think it’s your food” What?! What do you mean you don’t THINK it’s our food. The problem is that you’re NOT thinking. “There may have been other people who ordered this” man shut up. WE ordered that. Terrible service two times in a row.

This McDonalds is like a second home to me. I come here what seems like weekly and I get what is best here, and that is the 5 dollar meal deal. The Hot and Spicy McChicken, sided with Chicken Nuggets, a Small Fry, and your very own drink is no doubt in my mind the best thing on the menu, but only when its hot. What I have come to notice is that there is a 5 minute rule when you go to this McDonalds because if you don’t eat all your food within 5 minutes it will taste very gross and cold. If you do, well, lets just say you are in for an experience. I have had other things on the menu, but by far the best tasting and the most bang for your buck if the 5 dollar meal deal. A regular McChicken by itself is more expensive than if you get the deal. Though I am disappointed about the soda fountain not having access to the customer, I do love the ketchup station that they installed it makes my fries a 10/10. They do also keep it quite clean and presentable which makes me want to hang indoors more often.

Waited about 20 minutes for my order. When I got my food, the fries were cold and both burgers were missing the extras I paid for. I understand it gets busy, but it was frustrating to wait that long and still have an incorrect order. Hoping this was just an off night and that it can be better next time i usually like this location.

One time I’d like to go to this location and not be asked to wait for my food on the other side of the building then forgotten. I order it mobile so I can just pick it up. And every time I’m asked to pull around and wait. Until finally I walk in and have to ask for my order. Tonight I just left. Didn’t worry about my refund or anything.

Mcdonalds is a fast food restaurant chain specializing in American food including: fries, chicken nuggets and most importantly cheese burgers. The one located in saratoga springs is my go to spot when i am in need of a fast delicious meal. Also go to a spot for a bite after a sporting event, school event or even when you are too tired to cook. Although with all these great things there is one problem with this location. When I go through the drive through it is super smooth until I get to the window to pick up my food. I get to the window when I am told to go around the corner to wait because my food isn’t ready. There are already 5 cars waiting around the corner including me. It ends up taking a lot longer than I had wanted. As much as I love McDonalds I would also love the need for a smoother, quicker process for the drive through.

I ordered hot coffee several times here and it was lukewarm at best. A couple times I used the drive thru and they made me wait so long I ended up having to park and go inside to get my food because apparently they’d forgotten about my order. So much for “fast” food. This location is the worst.

They are usually pretty fast at this location. At least they have been each time we have been there. Entering the drive-thru from some directions is a little tricky but it is well marked. You have to have a worker open the bathrooms. I think that is a dumb. Especially because there is a play place at this location and I have my kids wash their hands in between playing and eating… multiple times! This closed-bathroom-door trend seems to be happening more and more at McDonald’s. They had a hard time at this location finding my mobile order. So I had to reorder in person even though the charge from the mobile order had already hit my bank account. They assure me that the charge will fall off since I didn’t pick up that order. Let’s hope so! (Update: the charge did not fall off. So beware! I had to go in and get a refund by filling out a form on their iPad. They handled it quickly and politely though.) In the play place area they have tables with lights on the counter top. It detects your hands and the lights disappear when you touch the table, like a game. It was pretty fun. The place was clean.
